We stopped here to have dinner last week and waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged and seated and neither happened so we left and ate elsewhere.....while we were waiting, 3 different staff members walked right by us and didn't even acknowledge us so clearly they weren't interested in our business.

We have been going to this subway for years. They always have plenty of staff who really work well together. I have been here when the line is out the door and it never takes longer then 10 minutes. Food is always fresh and tasty!

This restaurant is at the top of the gondola ride and worth the stop. It has indoor and outdoor seating (still with snow at the door in June). Food prices are reasonable and wine also. There were children eating in the restaurant as well. Service was good.

Stopping at the Rockwater Grill & Bar was refreshing and fulfilling. Located right next to a wild and lush river, the atmosphere on the patio and inside the bar was very centering. There were many options for different dietary restrictions which made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The staff were beyond friendly and informative about the menu. The food was delicious and filling. I also noticed they had a stage which I'm sure they host a multitude of thrilling musical acts on. I will certainly come here again, and don't doubt that I will receive an equally positive and grounding experience.

Comfortable, plush chairs to sit in, 2 televisions (one with Tampa Bay Rays playing Toronto Blue Jays), a friendly waitress, & 5% off the bill when I checked in on Yelp: this was the perfect way to start dinner! We ordered the smoked sausage with fries (husband) and pulled pork with baked potato (me). Both came with a vegetable which was corn on the cob - husbandâs favorite. Food came in a reasonable amount of time - hot and good. French fries tasted fresh, as if they were made here - not frozen. Sausage (not too spicy, but tasty), corn, and baked potato were all good. Pulled pork was different from Southern BBQ, but just as good. It tasted especially good with the regular signature BBQ sauce. The decor is outdoorsy, with bear & elk crossing signs. A bar sits close to the dining area. The dining area is cozy, with 4 tables for four, and two tables for two by the windows, under the TVs. By the way, bull riding was on the other TV. Music was bluesy. If you prefer eating outside, there are 3 picnic tables. I think we were sitting in the bar area as we saw a larger dining area on the other side of the bar, but we were comfortable where we were. The bathrooms are in the back, near the pool & hot tub for the attached hotel. It is your basic womenâs room - 2 stalls, 2 sinks, soap and paper towels. We were only in town for one night, so we could not return. If you live in Golden, or are coming to Golden, and you have a desire to eat BBQ, eat here. Youâll enjoy a good meal, reasonably priced, with friendly service.

We arrived and the restaurant was very busy. We were seated quickly and were advised that the kitchen was a little backed up so food could take up to 1/2 hour. We ordered a Reuben sandwich and a beef dip. Well, it was definitely worth the wait!! Best beef dip Iâve ever had. I wish I remembered our servers name because her service was amazing!! Will definitely return if we are in the area again. I would highly recommend this restaurant!!

We stopped for a late lunch and to watch the Womenâs World Cup. Service at the bar was friendly. We greatly enjoyed the sandwiches and fries. The Hit the Deck IPA was excellent.

We were recommended this cafe and so pleased we dropped in for a late breakfast- the cafe is adorned with amusing wall posters and local historical pictures and you feel that you have walked in to a cafe of character. The breakfast menu is extensive and very reasonably priced - we had 2 large breakfasts with coffee/tea all for $26 which was excellent value - the service was attentive - altogether a great stop in on our journey !

Came here with 2 others while the guys were white water rafting. It was blooming cold at the top of the mountains! The restaurant is an impressive structure reached by the gondola (cable car). The service was good & food was too. The menu is a little limited which is understandable considering where the restaurant is situated. Great photo opportunities from the highest restaurant in Canada. Would love to see what itâs like during peak ski season.

Of course you can get more than burgers in the Wolfâs Den, but they constitute the main part of the menu (including veggie burgers).We went for the « John Wayne - Geronimo » that, with its 8 ounces of bison meat, left us quite satisfied.Good atmosphere, nice settings and friendly staff.
