Exceptional Modern & Comfortable Hotel
Reviewed By 2travelightAfter traveling for 2 months in Italy we stayed here for one night just for the purpose of catching a flight back to Rome and the U.S. the next day. It was a perfect choice. The hotel is run efficiently, and is modern, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. It was also very quiet, which was a real plus since we had a short night. It is also a short 15 minute ride to the airport (30 euro taxi was expensive however). Our only complaint is the bright flashing device on the ceiling (likely smoke detector). While the hotel did follow through and order our taxi for 4.00 am they did forget the 3.30 am wake up call! If we had not used our cell phone alarm as a back up this could have been a big problem. Otherwise very satisfied.

It was an amazing location from the first step into the Masseria : smell of jasmine in the air , birds singing , warm-hearted and helpful staff - above all Simona - our wedding- planner - and certainly also local delicious and organic food and wine . We could not think of any better place to celebrate our love ... the Masseria Baroni Nuovi IS Love . We felt pampered and taken care of and the ceremony day will live in our hearts forever . Also the whole week with family and friends offered lots of fascinating activities in the area .

Superb spot, lovely people
Reviewed By Eric120172In the middle of olive groves, vineyards and citrus trees lies a pearl of a mansion, or actually a typical Puglianese ranch called the Masseria Incantalupi. A beautiful resort to relax by the pool, sleep in one of the spacious apartments or suites and enjoy the family’s own produced wine, olive oil and vegetables. Very tasteful apartments providing you everything you need. The thick stone mansion walls will keep you cool during the region’s hot summers. And the family who owns this property are lovely! Very dedicated to their customers, friendly and very easy going. It was a pleasure to stay here!

Nice hotel in the city centre
Reviewed By jeken100It is a nice hotel with friendly staff and good service. We arrived early, and were able to check in before 11 am. The room was in good condition and the air condition worked well. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and could be enjoyed either at the terrace or inside. A tasteful dinner menu is available. The hotel is centrally located 100 metres from the train station or 10 minutes from the airport.

Only the location was fantastic

On average, it was a good experience, but we can focus on some missing points. 1) As you arrive in front of the hotel, you find stairs. It is ok if you can walk or you don't bring a heavy suitcase. I wonder if there is another door for disabled people or if you have baggage. When we left the properties, nobody suggested using another door, hence I believe there is only one entrance that is not suitable for everybody. 2) The breakfast room is big and waiters/waitresses are able to enforce anti-COVID-19 rules, for example, to wear gloves to take food from the buffet. However, if you want pasticciotti or a cappuccino or a good coffee you have to ask for it. In my opinion, the staff should inform guests about this option. It is not fair some customers can get this extra stuff (for free). 3) The staff was ok, even if the reception was not able to provide us with clear information and was a little messy when we arrived. 4) The location is convenient. It is close to the waterfront (5 mins), to the city center (10 mins to almost all main venues and restaurants), to the train station (around 12 mins), and close to the airport bus stop (5 mins).

Great Welcome!
Reviewed By Aggie dThis is a perfect stopover for ferry travel. Rooms are dated but extremely clean, and comfortable. We arrived after a day of driving through Italy and were welcomed. I think the lady's name was Maura (apologies if not) who went over and above on service. She booked us into a very local pharmacy for covid testing, gave us the details of local restaurants. We ended up having pizza delivered, which she ordered and checked We had water before she left for the day. There is the issue of noise from the port and airport but this is negated by the less than 10 minute drive to the ferry port. I would not hesitate to use again on another trip.

WE booked Junior Suite , but I can only imagine how are standard rooms if ours was taped with carton at the doors& Windows. We left after 1st day. Comfortable, Affordable, Friendly
Reviewed By K9394RZjohngWe stayed at Dimora del Casale for a night before flying home from a holiday in Puglia. We chose it primarily due to its proximity to Brindisi airport, but it has much more to offer than an overnight bed. The room was clean, comfortable and well air conditioned. Maurizio was an excellent host who gave us recommendations for food (try La Griglia braceria/pizzeria). When our flight was cancelled we asked to stay an extra night and, although Maurizio was fully booked, he made the necessary calls (my Italian isn't good) to get us a room elsewhere and a taxi to it. All in all, a great little place.
