We didn't get sushi but algae and chirashi. The taste was great, the timing the dishes were served as well. Also, the personal was laid-back and welcoming- just like the Japanese decoration. All of this for a fair price.

Great care of the clients including advice on the choice of dishes. The menus offer to discover Korean and Japanese specialties or go a bit further if you're conversant. The taste was very good. The only drawback would be the lack of diversity as far as Korean recipes.

We both chose what were ostensibly Thai dishes but were not authentic unfortunately. My OH asked for a chicken dish, which was fine, but I requested a green vegetable dish with crevettes. Sad to say, there were only three crevettes in amongst the greenery, of which the majority seemed to be cabbage. You get what you pay for

juste impeccable, même pour les végétariens, cela dit quelques plats de plus ne se refuseraient pas , juste des nems aux légumes c'est un peu limite;;; mais elles sont bonnes . un peu serrés quand il y a affluence.

I have spent one week in Besancon. During the whole week, it rained.I wanted to have a nice hot meal for lunch.This restaurant was a perfect choice. Tea and Wonton soup made me happier.I took a set menu (second expensive), starting with Wonton soup, Chicken (non-spicy version of Kung Pao chicken kind of food) with fried rice, and Vanilla ice cream. Everything was great !For me, if spicy chicken, it would be better.Nonetheless, it is a nice chinese restaurant.

I went to Samourai Sushis on a Thu night on a business trip and was attracted by the #1 ranking. The food tastes ok but is overpriced for Besançon. The friendliness of the waiter does not make up for his poor service: slow to take the order and slow to serve, no pickup of the finished plates/glass/bottle etc.Given that the served food was ok although overpriced, I would have given 3/5, but the poor service brought it down to 2/5.Go somewhere else, and you'd probably get better value for your money.

You must reserved in advance before eating here, it seems like they're always full.I ate here twice. First time was with my family, second time with my husband.Whatever you choose I think you want be disappointed. You can tell that their dish is fresh.First time I had lamb with squash sauce and rice with safran.Second time I had beef sauté (with 5 spices & thai basilic) and fried noodles with vegetables.I think they change their menu along with seasonal vegetables and availability.It is very convenient that they have an open kitchen, you can see the cook prepare your meal. It assures me that they are confident with their service. *thumbsup*The restaurant is small, I didn't recommend it if you have a huge backpack or a luggage with you.
