Good location and very easy to find. Free parking for about 15 cars outside, and then a paid for underground car park right under the hotel. Rooms nice and adequate, Plenty of restaurants close by. Would recommend.

Just a normal hotel. Shame about the smelly and very warm room. Family room was big. Breakfast nothing special but nice. You can park at the parking of the Aldi. Diner you can eat Charisma in the same building. Staff is nice but not everybody understands English. Shame about the condom wrappers at the front door.

Small city hotel, close to the centre, Alpin Center and Movie Park. All rooms are new with free wifi access. Very good restaurant to have dinner ( closed on wednesdays )
Bit of an odd feel about the place - definitely not what we expected. Very off-putting to smell cigarettes as soon as we came into reception. The corridors and on occasion our room smelt of cigarettes. As non-smokers, we hate that. It was very noisy. I had to sleep with earplugs. Doors closing, noise from the bar, very noisy road outside plus other guests clomping around the room upstairs at 2 am. Finally car park wasn't really a proper car park. A couple of doors down through an archway. We were told to park outside two garage doors that had keep clear on them. Only two spaces seemingly for the whole hotel? Fortunately we always got a space. On the plus side, it was clean. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. But we wouldn't stay here again.

advantages: 1. Good facilities and personal. 2. Clean, pretty big and functional rooms. 3. Full hot breakfast - eggs, cheese, sausages, vegetables, yogurt, corn flakes, drinks, sweets. 4. Very close to Movie Park - 5 minutes driving. disadvantages: 1. There are nothing to do in the evening. There is no bar in the hotel. But it's probably not really a big disadvantage, because basically attractions in the area are dedicated for children and hence in the hotel mostly families stay, and usually for short periods.

First we got a room in the newest part of the hotel. When we called the reception to ask a wi-fi code, he told us there is practicly no connection in the new part, so he offered us a room in the original hotel building. The room was small, there were no electric plugs ANYWHERE in the room, the bathroom was very small and unpractical. The breakfast was very poor and the overal look of the hotel was very aged. Staff was very unprofessional. In no means a good value.

We stayed at this hotel to enjoy a trip to Movie Park. Lovely room, very spacious. The breakfast was nice, but wish it ended later than 10am. We travelled with our newborn baby and our young daughter, and it was a rush to arrive to breakfast by 10am. The location to Movie Park was good, and we liked how the hotel was 3 minutes walk from ALDI and a McDonald’s; which was great for our family. The hotel room just needed a kettle and/or microwave

So much needs to be improved here that I will start with the few things they got right: rooms are clean, rolls at breakfast fresh, shower fine, compliance with Corona rules good and you can eat outside in the beer garden. Things to be improved: Check-in: Didn’t get the two single beds I ordered and had last parking space (there’s road work they hadn’t informed me of). Crap WiFi, even downstairs: had to use my data mostly. Noise: Had room at front - heard cars driving by, had to close windows, making it hot, despite portable blower in the room. Also noise from doors and neighbors. Staff: most speak poor German, which combined with unhelpful attitude didn’t make me feel welcome. No knowledge of surroundings or tips for things to visit. Interior: if you like gray walls, dark brown furniture and sad abstract art, you’ll enjoy this place. Food: in the beer garden was not worth it (standard fare like schnitzel and fries not done well, way too much salt, salad drenched in dressing looked like it had been there overnight). Only fruit at breakfast was watermelon. Out of black tea on the first day, but did not manage to buy it by the next day. Never coming back.
