A small, but outstanding restaurant with some interesting ideas on modern French food. The table service was top-notch and whilst the food wasn't cheap, it represented good value for money. Wine selection was also first class and suggestions made by the waiter regarding which wines to have with our meals were considered and worthwhile. This establish is well worth a visit- go ahead and book it!

This was a special occasion dinner with our family and Cutler & Co certainly didnât disappoint. The service was first class, friendly, professional and attentive while the ambience was wonderful. The sommelier was especially helpful and knowledgeable when deciding between two wines on the list. The food was delicious except for our daughterâs fish which was unfortunately over cooked. She was disappointed as the dinner was in her honour and she didnât enjoy her main course. However, my husband thought his chicken was divine while my other daughter and I chose a vegetarian pasta which was flavourful and filling. The whole table were particularly taken with the entrees although Serrano ham was substituted in one of the dishes as the restaurant had run out of bresaola, which we thought would be a highlight on the menu provided. The two dessert options were nice and there was also a wide selection of cheeses.Despite a couple of minor issues I would have no hesitation in recommending Cutler & Co for a wonderful night out.

Richmond Hill Cafe & Larder is one of Melbourne's most established cafes - housed in a carefully restored Victorian building dating from 1860, on one of Melbourne's busiest shopping strips, Bridge Road.
A very good friend selected this well known venue for a late breakfast....well call it brunch. Parking is always a challenge being right opposite the Epworth hospital. Going towards the city the clear way stops at 10:00am and I was surprised to find a number of available car parks on a paid meter or via the PayStay app.We sat inside along the main window. There is also good outside seating. My soy latte was alright but not fantastic. No coffee art, for my taste too hot and consequently the milk wasnât textured right. I opted for sour dough toast with marmalade and had to ask for butter. I received a generous 3 slices (2 would have been all I needed) but interesting the jam was just enough for 2 slices.Considering the café wasnât very full, the service was patchy. Regardless, the café and larder has a great feel and a must to walk into the temp controlled cheese room....making this place an institution after all.
