Every time, we are close to Horni Blatna we must visit this restaurant. The food is delicious, nice serving :-) Last time we try the Easter Offer - lamb ribs with herbs and pear puree and it was mouthwatering. The owner is very friendly and speak with all clients to check that the are satisfied. For weekend, it is better to have reservation.

Driving 20km there and back through icy roads and a snowstorm on two consecutive evenings reflects the desperation of the culinary disaster zone that is Oberwiesenthal. This restaurant is not disappointing and the reviews reflect that, with currently 88% rating âexcellentâ and the remainder âvery goodâ. Booking ahead is advisable. Good atmosphere, excellent service and a well appointed menu, with some interesting dishes. For the region, deserves five stars.

Nice interior, nice garden, pretty good and rich menu with interesting and tempting meals. Roasted chicken breast was really delicious - juicy, crisp, tasting with fire. Mushroom ragout was weaker, bland. For a local conditions the restaurant is rather expensive, like a good restaurant in Prague.

Enjoy your stay in the steakhouse with delicious south american steaks and a wonderful athmosphere in the Ore Mountains.
I have experienced the most tasty steaks in my life in this place. I would recommend it to everyone who visits Kurort Oberwiesenthal. Is the best place to have a perfect dinner in a beautiful dining room

The street on which Daro is located, is loaded with other restaurants, with cheaper prices and similar offerings. I would actually recommend to go to them. We followed the Trip Advisor recommendations, and were quite disappointed. The service was fast and attentive, however not very friendly. The food was disappointing though. This is not the first time we eat in Czech restaurants, and these dishes (we ordered 5 main courses) were on the bland side. The venison and beef steaks were very hard to chew, the Cordon Bleau was undercooked, and the goulash was very fatty and flavor-less.We visited Daniella restaurant in the evening, and enjoyed it much more

After reading all the commendations on this website, we went to Sklipek for lunch on 4.2.2017. The service was fast until she disappeared for 1h somewhere. The portions were ok, quite big but TASTELESS, both goulash and my schnitzel&fries. At least a good broth was included in the meal. And the price??? Well, the price was German... 129Kc for a daily menu in high season... well, Bozi Dar, what do you expect.... Start learning German or go home..
