Location is excellent, close to all the action. Ended up having our friends & family meet here many times. Menu changes every meal. Waitress Lucy & host Pavel were excellent. Antique brewery was perfect atmosphere. Be back in summer!

The meals in the restaurant are quite cheap but tasty, it is a classical Czech cuisine. The service is very fast. As it is usually crowded during lunchtime, it gets quite noisy. They have outdoor seating in summertime, but it is by the frequented road, so noisy as well. I recommend it for a quick meal, not for a cosy evening with friends.
Very cozy and urban style bar close the river. Friendly staff and chill music. I recommend it to visit. :)

Potrefena goose is a brand pub of Staropramen Brewery. Our goal is to create a place that will restore one of the best traditional countries - beer drinking culture. Our beer is treated with the utmost care, regularly inspected by our master Mr. Rudolf Sc
Visited here with some business colleagues. It was a Tuesday evening and His a was buzzing. Generally a good atmosphere. The restaurant is located in the main square in an impossing building. Interior is modern wood and steel. This is part of a large Czech chain and you'll find these everywhere. So you know What to expect.Food wise the service was painful took 45 min for our starters and they had run out of burgers by 7:30 in the evening?!

Stylish restaurant in the city center on the Big Square. We use fresh and local ingredients and bake our own bread and desserts. On the tap we have our local beer Hradecký Klenot brewed right under the Restaurant. It is guaranteed that every visit to our
Very good own non filtered beer, nice place and tasty food. Pleasantly place with fast service. There is restaurant and downstairs is pub - there are tanks with beer.

I have just been in Sport Cafe and the weather was perfect to seat outside , with the great views of the town centre. I tried the black pasta with grilled king prawns and just to say it was delicious. Very well cooked, al dente, and very very tasty. Highly recommend.

The evening we went it was very quiet as there was a beer festival elsewhere in town. We tried two beers each and I have to say that I was not that impressed with the quality of the beer- and I say that as a bit of a connoisseur of beer in general and Czech beer in particular. Maybe it was just a bad day?

This small Czech pub has excellent food. The duck breast that I ordered was extremely tender and came with three nice potato pancakes, all in a light gravy with chopped walnuts. The breast had only a slight bit of pink color, so at first I thought it might have been overcooked, but in fact it was perfect; better than most duck dishes I've ordered elsewhere. I also had their cabbage soup, a large bowl with nice slices of sausage and a dollop of sour cream, and I washed all of this down with a Pilsner ale. The menu featured everything from pub appetizers to full entrees and desserts; it was available in English (and I imagine other languages as well). Delicious food and a chance to try the local fare, located very close to the historic main square.
