Discover Restaurants offering the best Central European food in Marianske Lazne, Bohemia, Czech Republic. Popular in the late 18th and early 19th century with luminaries such as Strauss, Wagner, Kafke, Freud, Twain and Edward VII, this sprightly spa town is a charming spot. Delicately painted spa houses and hotels tiptoe up the lush, forested mountainsides. One hundred mineral springs with high carbon dioxide and iron content confetti the town and nearby hillsides, many with neat colonnades and stately pavilions. The most famed is the cupola-capped and colonnade-adorned Krizovy pramen.

Based on Top-Reviews we thougt we can try this highly recommeded Restaurant. We were disappointed. The only good thing was the fastes Service we ever had (Probably they had just to warm the leftovers from Lunch-Menu) But they were very friendly and proffesional. The Quality of Food was not good at all. Linguini mit Pesto- Sauce was sure left over from lunch menu, and not fresh. Samon was O.K. Salat was definitely not fresh. The first and the last time we visited such a restaurant.Never again. The list of best Restaurants in Marienbad for us is: Gourmet, Villa Patriot, Medite.

We have been to this restaurant three times so far, with the intention of going as frequently as we can. It is a small restaurant located in the forest above Marianske Lazne in a delightful location. The location and ambience is splendid. It is better to make a reservation to ensure a place. The menu is excellent (main courses on the menu are predominately game including hare, wild boar and venison) with some fish dishes. Starters are delightful as are the desserts; wine and water are excellent!!! The service is excellent, attentive, effic and the added bonus is that the waitress speaks English! During our three visits (which has been always four of us) we have had a variety of dishes all of which have been excellent, well cooked and sufficient. It is difficult to find anything to criticise this restaurant which is highly recommended and good value for money. This is not a fine dining restaurant, it is better than that. - not unpretentious, providing good enjoyable food which we prefer to paying a lot of money for what is euphemistically called âfine dining.â

We were choosing the restaurant based on the regional dishes aside the cheap folkloristik menus. The restaurant is good, without willing to be posh. Simply regional kitchen with ofen not daily choices. well cooked and with a nice serving. Sevice was very friendly, although logistically we were one of three families with very small children at the same time in the location.

Café With Restaurant, We Offer Daily Breakfast, Lunch, Daily Menu, Afternoon Coffee And Dessert, Dinner
This restaurant is located in the middle of the main street in Mariánské LáznÄ. We decided to have lunch here and sit indoors where no one was smoking. We did not have to book a table as the inside of the restaurant was virtually empty. The young staff were very friendly but their English was not very good. Luckily we could order in German. My husband and I ordered a glass of Veltlinske zelene and it was nice and cold when it arrived. Service was quick and we ordered or food when the wine arrived. My husband had the day's salad special which included raw white asparagus which he found particularly delicious. I opted for spaghetti with pepper and olives. The food came quite quickly and the staff were very attentive. Condiments were placed on the table with a bowl of grated Parmesan cheese. We ordered another glass of wine to finish our meal. My husband then decided to have the desert of little pancakes with cream and fruit followed by an espresso. The food was reasonably priced and the quality was very good. The toilets at the back of the restaurant were clean and well maintained. They were up a couple steps. I would recommend dining in this restaurant and if we are in the area again would drop in for a meal.

We were looking for a place with a decent food to have late lunch/early dinner, went through several places (also from Tripadvisor list), looked at menus, tables, milieux and made our choice in favor of Filip and didnât get disappointed. Very friendly, fast service, we felt like family ready from the second visit. Ladies were telling us about the daily stuff right after we got seated. Drinks appeared in 2 minutes. We tried fish, lamb, beef, duck - everything was absolutely perfect, not so fancy, but true home-made cuisine. We kept coming every day.

We greatly enjoyed our dinners in the hotel restaurant. Charming atmosphere, good service, an interesting selection of dishes and some excellent wines. The decoration and the presentation was first class. I cannot recommend the roast leg of duck but otherwise all the starters and main courses that we tried were commendable. The deserts were absolutely delicious! Thank you very much. Our dream is to have the same guests like youIvana

Good coffee and great staff. Unfortunately they do not accept credit cards and as I did not have cash on me, and finished my coffee, I tried to call my partner for money, but the waiter very generously forgave me and said Forget it. I delivered the money the following day, naturally.

Ceska Hospudka is my favourite restaurant in Marianske lazne. I never miss to visit this restaurant whenever I am in Marianske lazne. Their food is amazing. So tasty food, nice design of restaurant and good prices. Their beef in red wine sauce with mash potatoes and celery is my favourite dish. Also I would like to recommend their homemade small pancakes with blueberries.

The best from all over the Central Europe - elegant Rieslings from Germany, fulbodied Egri Bikaver cuvees from Hungary and, of course, delicious Wachau Smaragds. Wide range of vines by the glass, air dried cured ham from South Styria, homemade quiche lorr
Last night we stopped by Smaragd vinoteka bar to relax and taste some local wines. We just met up with our friends and wanted to celebrate. We were greeted by Pavel and Tamila the owners. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. We started with a bottle of champagne after listening to a short introduction to each of the choices. We did not stop there and moved on to a line of Czech, Hungarian and Romanian wine chosen for us by Pavel. I can definitely recommend this place to everyone interested in wine. Many thanks for your warm words. You are cordially invited to our place any time! Thank you very much for your custom and sharing your good experience with us on Tripadvisor!
