Decided to eat here whilst in Selsey for the weekend because of the good reviews. The food was really tasty and the service was really good too.

Have used mahi numerous times and always had really nice food , However last time we used none of us completely enjoyed the food , dishes were cold , other dishes greasy , the breads were really greasy , and the price had jumped up , and no longer offering discount on orders you collect .

Without a doubt the "meal(!)" I purchased from this take-away was the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. Whoever was cooking had no knowledge of spices or flavours and the result was only fit for the food bin. Tandoori Chicken was burnt and had probably never been near a Tandoori oven; the curry dish was just random lumps of possibly frozen chicken to which a passing attempt at a sauce had failed miserably; the rice was a poor attempt; the Sag Aloo, well, don't go there and the Garlic Nan wasn't fit to be re-used in the toilet! Talk about taking money under false pretences, NO never again!!

We got the voucher from spiritfm that gives you £50 of food for £25. This excludes pappadoms however.Thought long and hard about eating here as itâs not got the magic 5 rating on the government food agency site, but in the end we decided to try it.We didnât get off to a great start as the first tonic water wasnât too lively, so it went back. The second was better but whatever brand they use it certainly not Schweppes or Fever Tree!We chose a mixture of starters and main courses. Portion size was generous. The big mistake I made was to order a Naga (spicy) dish but rather than lamb or chicken which was on the menu at £9, I asked for king prawn. When the dish arrived it had exactly 4 king prawns in it, along with about a pint of Naga sauce. I did mention this but the waiter just said âthey are king prawns and itâs not on the menuâ.I also chose garlic naan. It came literally dripping with garlic sauce (or melted garlic butter), I poured it off but it was just about inedible. The rest of the food was ok. King prawn balti (with a sensible number of prawns!). Plus quite a few veg dishes that were also ok.The bill arrived and my 4 prawn dish had cost a whopping £14. Again I moaned but they just shrugged their shoulders.Left pretty disgusted, and wouldnât go back there Iâm afraid. A combination of being ripped off on the prawns and a bad attitude were enough to convince me itâs best avoided.

Came here on my own whilst staying in town on business. Lovely modern restaurant with water features. It was a Wednesday night and I was the only one in there. I felt a bit awkward when I walked in and the waiter looked me up and down. Also like a previous review found the waiter to be watching me. I felt it was if he thought I was going to do a runner without paying ! The food was nice but nothing special. I chose a hot curry but it wasnât particularly hot. Next time I stay there I will try somewhere different. We are sorry to hear that you felt the waiter was looking you up and down. We ask our waiters to try and make eye contact to be approachable and to always be looking around to make sure that our customers are served quickly and efficiently without having to wait for long periods of time. When you next come to the restaurant please ask for assistance with the hot curries, as we will highlight the best ones for you and add additional spice if requested

Authentic Indian cuisine
Our fourth visit here and likely our last. The food as always was great, but the staff are in desperate need of training. Antonio(?) doesnât need to do the âhard sellâ on the starters. If we wanted more we would have ordered more. The wine waiter needs to be trained in the pouring of wine; twisting the bottle at the end of the pour, rather than dabbing the end of the bottle with a tea towel. When the plates and subsequently the food arrives at the table, put it on the table and donât pass the dishes to the customer! Finally, the Irish coffee was extremely sweet for no apparent reason. It shouldnât have been that sweet. Little things perhaps, but they put a dampener on the evening. That coupled with being told that we would have to wait 90 minutes for a taxi was not good. In the end, after we rang round, we got one in ten minutes. We will try their sister restaurant next time, to see if their level of service is any better.

Welcome to the QMIN Contemporary Indian Take-away, Indian/Bangla fusion. A new culinary journey to India where we try to share our traditional values, experience and indisputable knowledge that carry worldwide recognition with our esteemed customers. Here
Visited whilst staying at the nearby caravan park. Counter staff seemed a bit distracted, but polite and took my order. Was informed it would be about 40 minutes so popped back to the caravan. Returned 30 minutes later to be informed it was now being packed. All i can say is that was well worth the wait . It was all extremely tasty and the tandoori naan was something else. If it wasn't for the fact that i live 180 miles away, i would definitely visit this place every week.
