Beautiful food with amazing presentation but let down slightly by some random service. Beetroot terrine with horseradish sorbet were outstanding and my husband's pulled pork croquette starter was also good. Mains of ribeye steak and confit duck were also good and set menu price made an outstanding email very reasonable. Even gin & tonic was beautifully served. However, service was slightly random and a little slow. We sat with dirty plates from our main course for so long that we gave up on the idea of dessert! Also, when meals arrived the waitress had to ask who's meal was who's - surely a place set with a steak knife gives something away??? With a little more attention, this place would certainly be almost perfect!Dear Helen,Thank you for your review & the time you have given to leave us some constructive feedback regarding our front of house service. We are constantly striving to not only maintain, but improve the customer experience here. I will use your points raised at our weekly training meeting. I am very pleased with your experience regarding your food & will also be handing this to the kitchen as a thank you to them.Kind regards,Dan

The ASK Italian restaurant in Chichester is in a classical redbrick building on East Street at the junction with Little London. Weâre in the heart of town, perfect for popping in for a coffee, spot of lunch or dinner with friends before exploring the loca
After an exciting last day of the Goodwood Revival Festival nearby we changed into 'civvy clothes' and headed for dinner at the highly recommended ASK Italian. The place was crowded and buzzing but we had fortunately booked a table weeks ahead. The service was brisk and efficient. Drinks arrived almost immediately and the meals were not long in the waiting. Enormous servings in all the dishes, particularly the pizzas. Flavours were authentic and well matched, each of our six declared this restaurant an excellent choice.

Viento De Levante is a warm, inviting Mediterranean restaurant and Tapas Bar, in Chichester on the South coast. Browse the menu and see our Tapas and Mediterranean main courses. The restaurant is fully licensed. Enjoy your meal in a welcoming atmosphere,
Itâs not the easiest restaurant to find as its in a basement inside a courtyard but very well worth the effort.Great setting with barrelled roof and vernacular decor. Service was prompt, well informed and amusing.A huge choice of tapas such that there really was something for everyone. Potatas Bravas were excellent. Lots of interesting things to mix and match. Very easy to eat too much and drink too much - a really pleasant evening with friends. Easy to leave car overnight and get a taxi. Will definitely visit again.

My boyfriend and I came for the moules frites again which is on every Thursday. We came a month or two ago and we were not disappointed. The food was just as good, if not better than the first time and because my boyfriend doesnât like moules he had a burger from the bar menu which was delicious, I had a bite because it looked amazing! Service was really attentive and Iâd definitely recommend and look forward to our next visit alreadyHi cmb098, we're absolutly delighted to hear that you had another wonderful evening dining with us for our Moules Frites Thursday special and it's great to know that your partner enjoyed his burger too! A pleasant enough, if unremarkable meal, marred by only two thing, one minor and one fairly major. I ordered the "Langostinos al pil pil" (not langoustines, but peeled prawns) which was pretty good, with a side-order of ciabatta bread (the "minor thing"), which had been overcharred, making the whole roll taste burned, in the same way that burning food in a saucepan can taint the whole dish. It wasn't very nice. For the main, I had the chicken shish kebab, which again was pretty good, but here's the thing. I'm allergic to mustard. I specifcally mentioned this to the waitress, as I always do. When the dish arrived, the salad on the plate had been dressed (no mention of a dressing on the menu, by the way). I asked the waitress if those were mustard seeds in the dressing. "Yes, it's a honey and mustard dressing." I sent it back. It returned sans dressing (no offer of an alternative plain dressing). This isn't just careless. YOU COULD KILL SOMEBODY. Not me, I'd probably have just been throwing up all night if I hadn't been vigilant. But the staff here need better training, and the management needs a better attitude towards allergen sufferers. Would it really kill them to spell out on the menu which allergens each dish contains? I think not. But it might save a life.

I have lunched twice at Mustards within the last few days. My first lunch included last Sunday was a delicious homemade broccoli soup and a generous, equally delicious, portion of roast lamb, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, gravy and two side dishes with freshly cooked vegetables. In addition there was warm, home baked bread and a Carafe of water. Today being less hungry I chose fried cod, chips and mashed peas; all cooked to perfection. Once again there was freshly baked bread. Afterwards I ate homemade lemon, lime and raspberry sorbets - so much better than thé mass produced variety. On both occasions the service was efficient and friendly. Mustards is stylishly furnished and attention has been paid to many details: for example: cloth serviettes and cloth towels in the immaculately clean bathroom.
