A fun and casual pizza joint which was voted "Best Pizza" in the Fort Wayne newspapers readers poll 2009 & 2010.
My wife and I love this place. The pizzas are so strange, that you have to take a second to re-read the menu when you first see it. Every pizza makes you question the creator's sanity when reading it, then praising the chef's genius upon tasting it. We have yet to be let down by any of the pizzas, subs, or calzones. We haven't made it through the whole menu yet after several years because the Pizza of the Month is almost always so interesting that we can't pass up trying it out rather than continuing to explore the regular menu. A real gem of a place with great character.

What is not to like about ice cream? Cones, sundaes, blizzards, and how about an ice cream cake? But, Dairy Queen is not just about ice cream. The noon lunches are delicious. The variety of sandwiches, chicken strips, and salads makes Dairy Queen a must do for all ages. Our newly remodeled building creates a totally impressive dining atmosphere. It is bright and cheery, with inside bathrooms. The counter workers are pleasant and courteous. Dairy Queen in Bluffton, IN is a friendly, pleasant dining experience especially when ice cream is added as the dessert.

First visit to this particular location. The dining room is festively decorated, in traditional Mexican decor. We were promptly greeted, and seated. Our server was pleasant. Chips and salsa were complimentary. The chips were sturdy, and the salsa was a slightly thick and chunky consistency, with a touch of sweetness. Very tasty. I ordered 3 soft ground beef soft tacos, with a garden salad. They were both excellent. A wider variety of salad dressings might be worth offering. (The menu stated they carried Italian, but when I ordered it, I was told they don't carry that one.) I had unsweetened iced tea, to drink; it was great, and served with a lemon slice, in a huge 32 oz glass. My wife ordered the grilled chicken salad, and needed a "to go" box, for the delicious leftovers. Both restrooms were clean and contemporary. Prices were very fair, for what you get. We would return, if we're ever in this area, again.

Located beside Bluffton’s Walmart is a fabulous authentic Chinese restaurant. A choice of booths for couples or tables for large families make dining for any size group. Buffet or menu options are available, although most tend to pick the buffet. Either white steamed rice or fried rice is available or noodles. Several soup options include egg drop. Their mushrooms in a brown sauce are delicious. Main dish broccoli with chicken is one of my favorites. I also enjoyed their egg rolls. Salmon, several kinds of shrimp, and crabmeat are some of the fish group offerings. For desserts, choices include fruits, jello, puddings, cookies, and even ice cream. You will go back to this hometown favorite restaurant.

They have stayed true to the menu that has made them a great drive in. It's a solid mix of burgers and dogs - done right. Service is prompt and prices are very reasonable.

Fables is located on the Northwest side of Bluffton at the Timberridge Golf Course. Their interior is open, modern and nicely furnished. Overall an inviting and relaxing dining environment. They have front area seating in a somewhat separate area and a back area in the room with their bar. Both areas are nice. A TV is also present in the back area. We did have a reservation that Friday evening and the hostess quickly sat us upon arrival. Our waitress was friendly and obliging, however, our impression was that she was new. She struggled a bit with the drink orders and was not quite sure of the menu. Regardless, everyone needs to start somewhere and we were in no rush. We ordered their Southwestern Chicken Salad with a coup of French Onion Soup; Baked Tilapia with rice & broccoli; Parmesan Crusted Chicken with rice & broccoli; and Fable Salad with Fable Burger (Angus Burger/ Chipotle Mayo/ Pepper Jack Cheese/ Bacon/ Ltop/ Wedge Fries). The salads were LARGE and appeared freshly prepared. Quite tasty. The diners chasing the fish or chicken were also pleased. I ordered the burger. As always, before confirming my order, I asked "will the chef cook the burger rare?" Our waitress responded, "he will cook it however you like." My response, "perfect, I will take mine very rare." In this case, I was disappointed when my burger came prepared well done. I always ask, because some venues will only prepare well done burgers. In those cases, I take an automatic pass. Nothing worse for me than a well done burger. So did I complain and send the burger back? No, I hate to cause conflict. I loaded it up with ketchup, which I would have preferred not to, and gained enough moisture and flavor to chock it down. Admittedly, many diners love done burgers. Actually, one of my dining companions indicated the burger would have been prepared exactly to his liking. But no, he did not want to trade chicken for a done burger. I suppose that my complaint is more that I was assured the chef knew how and would cook meat to the level of doneness requested by a diner guest, and then failed in a huge way to meet expectations. I mean well done when having been asked for rare? We did happen to see co-owner Bruce Imel at Club 250 later that night. He shared that they had gotten a new chef (already started) and the chef would be updating the menu. No I did not share my burger experience with Bruce. Will we return? Yes. We like the venue, its location, and the freshly prepared food. I will definitely try something other then their burgers, however.

One of those places that is a great find but is very unassuming from its exterior appearance! Located in downtown Bluffton, this restaurant is one of our favorites if we just want a good meal out away from home! Have never been disappointed! Will always come back for more!

Celebrating our son-in-law’s birthday, he chose Yergy’s State Road BBQ in Bluffton, Indiana. Our granddaughter chose nachos with cheese, something I didn’t even know that they had. Our son-in-law had a portobello mushroom topped sandwich. Our grandson had a double order of barbecued pulled pork. My husband had a barbecued pulled pork sandwich. Our daughter had a barbecued pulled pork sandwich with a side of potato chips and baked beans. I had a barbecued pulled pork sandwich with a side of potato chips and cole slaw. Our sandwiches were stacked with meat. I was so full that I could not eat my chips. We are all stuffed. We will return!

Today the restaurant was so pretty, all decorated for Valentine’s Day.Their menu offers a huge variety of food choices. When it is served, there is just too much food. It would be an excellent restaurant for families with small children whose meals come from their parents' plates. Instead of toast, pancakes are an option. Skillets come with 2 eggs done any style. Scramble those eggs, and they can feed a toddler. Today I chose the Western Omelet, fried potatoes, and dry rye toast. My husband chose a waffle with strawberries, blueberries, and whipped cream. This is one of his favorites. All of my toast, at least half of my omelet, and half of my potatoes came home in a box. With this restaurant, you shouldn’t go home hungry.

This Pizza Hut has really declined in the last few years. We had not eaten here for about two years and decided to give them another try. Just ordered pasta 25 minutes goes by and the waitress comes by to tell us they gave our order away. They "reordered" ours and it would be free. I'm glad it was!! The sauce was awful and greasy we ordered the "meaty" and had a hard time finding any. Needless to say we will NEVER go back!
