There are plenty of other eateries on Route 22, but why go there as long as there is "Clem's"?. Not only does it have everything you expect from a barbecue restaurant, but it also does everything very well. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the set up is very efficient. You stand in line to get your hot food first and you pick out your salads, drinks, etc. on your way to pay.
The dining room is not large, but I was always able to find a place to sit down. There is also outdoor seating in the summer. I have never been disappointed, but my favorite meal is boneless ribs with garlic mashed potatoes and Cole slaw.
BTW - "Clem's" is very easy to find. Just look out for the place with the big pig on the roof!!!

I stopped here on a TripAdvisor recommendation and it did not disappoint. The baked goods were all great, but the red velvet cupcake was definitely The star of the show! The pastries and breads are made fresh and taste awesome! I bought a mini cheesecake, cinnamon roll, Apple turnover and red velvet cupcake and it only cost me about $11.50 USD total. The bakery also offers cooked food for breakfast and lunch. Sadly I didn't get a chance to partake I that aspect because I was too much in awe of the baked goods. There's always next time tho, & I'll be back for sure.

My wife and daughter and I had a very nice lunch. The portions are large. The hand cut french fries are amazing! Iced tea was actually brewed. I had the Reuben VS Rachel and it was fantastic. My wife enjoyed the grilled Turkey sandwich. If in town we would stop again.

their shakes are awesome. Fresh and delicious ice creams straight from Penn State Creamery. Doesn't get much better than this. Gene and Kendi are friendly and service is fast.

We stopped here during a stay at the Hampton Inn. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. They have excellent chili dogs and fries! One of the best hot dogs I've ever had. Everything was great. If I was ever in town again, I would definitely go back!

I took my granddaughter here for some ice cream and she was so happy when she saw the playground. Not your typical playground...so much better! Huge wooden, climbable replicas of transport: tractor, 4x4 jeep, train, ark, and a child-size house. We came for the ice cream, but stayed (and stayed some more) for the playground. The ice cream shop is similar to Sweet Frog in that you build your own and choose your toppings. The prices are very reasonable...a great deal!

We have dined here several times. For a traveler, it is a great place. We always have good food. There pizza is delicious. This is a little Italian restaurant right on the main Route of 22 going or coming from Pittsburgh, PA.

On a Saturday late afternoon, we were returning from a team sporting event and stopped to feed the team. The location has been renovated and has plenty of room inside. There were also a good number of workers on that shift that were there, but they did not seem to handle feeding a group of kids well, about 20, in a decent amount of time. They did seem to be overwhelmed at times, but everyone did get their food with no problems and the food was good as well. Not sure that I would stop here again with a large group.

Met several family and friends for a nice meal. A terrific menu with numerous authentic Italian selections. Even had an imported Italian beer! Definitely recommend the chicken parmesan, they also had the most variety of gnocchi I've ever seen. Recommend highly
