The views at Semiahmoo are stunning! We enjoyed just about everything about our stay. There were so many activities available that we wished we would have booked more than just one night to really experience it all. The outdoor pool was actually warm in April! There were bicycles to ride around, a gym with an indoor track, hot tub, spa, campfires and s'mores at night, beach combing, lots of history to include a small museum just a walk or short bicycle ride down the road. We plan to return in the summer when the ferry is running and the water sports are available. We'll also brind our kids next time. It's great for couples and families. As a bonus, the staff at reception were always friendly and more than willing to assist with guest's needs.

We offer rooms with 2 queen size beds, single queen, and King size beds. We have 24 hour coffee and are starting a continental breakfast. We have just remodeled our rooms and have changed carpeting, beds, and offer Flat screen TVs in all rooms. We are the new owners of the property.
Wanted place close to the border. Bathroom smells of urine. Looks clean but just smells. Needs upgrading. Not sure of the people around there or live there. Won’t stay there again. Should have looked at other places.

I made a reservation there during the heatwave and then had to cancel for dog-based reasons. Expedia would not let me cancel with full payment so I reached out to the hotel directly. Mike was super super helpful and was able to let me cancel without any penalty. 5 stars for awesome customer service and 5 stars for being a good guy, I hope to make it up there some day!

Horrible jail-like experience. Rodents. There was a rat. The upstairs of the house is a mess. I wasn't allowed to talk or use the facilities. I could not even use the lights or the bathroom fan or the hot tub or use the heater. See attached messages from the (so-called) host. Michaela complained about everything! She advertise a wifi password but does not have wi-fi. I was locked out yesterday and she was mad I called her to get the code. I used the bathroom in the middle of the night and she was upset I turned on the light and the exhaust fan. Just basic things. So many rules and 'Forbidden' areas to walk outside. I did not have any privacy. She was always checking on me. Michaela violently banging on the door this morning was unacceptable because I could not put the heavy cover of the hot tub on by myself the night before. I was terrified. I consider this a false advertisement. I have no idea why I should have to pay for such a miserable and traumatized experience.
