The hotel is quite old from the outside, but is Well renovated from inside. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is bit far from some rooms, but is warm and clean. The spa was a little bit dirty and the Shop was quite overpriced. The restaurant was goot and thequality of the toot was great. The service was on point and the personal was warm and welcoming. I would like to visit again!

We visited on Monday 4th February and was amazed that there was somewhere this nice to eat in Sandanski that had a varied choice of menu outside of the normal traditional. A considerable amount of time and money and thought has been put into making this a lovely place to visit. We were a group of four arriving around about 7pm and were greeted by professional well mannered staff who did everything they could to make us welcome. Our meal was served promptly and unlike most restaurants came pretty much at the same time so we could all eat together. I think the management are trying to replicated a fine dining experience and although it looked okay it wasn't fine dining and I feel they need to work harder on their presentation. The food was all served hot and those dining along side me were very happy with their meal, unfortunately I ordered the duck which failed to meet expectations, it was over cooked, tough and have very little skin and that which it had was soggy and hidden underneath, the accompaniment of apple sauce from a jar and what I can only assume was a dessert spoon of what may have been powdered mash potato left me in a rather despondent frame of mind. We declined the offer of desserts as apart from a tiramisu everything else was cake. These comments are not designed to put people off as it is a lovely place with lovely people and is very reasonably priced, we will all certainly visit again and as we live locally it will likely be quite regularly, Thank you.

Place is on the boardwalk and it is pretty crowded. I liked the food as did my wife. We shared salad which was fresh and ok and chicken which was juicy. I mean its not a five star restaurant but it is decent for the offer and prices.I would go back for sure!
