Fairytale villages, thermal baths, casinos and pine and birch-blanketed mountains beckon travelers to southwestern Germany's Black Forest. Scenic drives and train trips showcase the best of the area. Skiing, hiking, mountain climbing, boating and ice-skating are popular activities. Baden-Baden's Roman-Irish baths, 19th-century performance hall, casino and fresco-adorned Pump Room are much visited. Gothic masterpiece Freiburg Cathedral and its famous Boys' Choir also draw visitors.

Centrally located Welcome to Hotel Faller, the right place to stay when your travel plans have you seeking a hotel in Breitnau, Germany or a hotel in Hinterzarten, Germany, which is only a 7-minute drive from here. Our excellent place to stay is near Badeparadies Schwarzwald and Steinwasen Park and features ski-in/ski-out access. We are also pleased to be situated next to a golf course
A lovely hotel booked on the move while we were touring the Black Forrest. The room was big with a well appointed and very clean bathroom. Off road parking which was also good for the bike. The evening meal was faultless and very large portions. There was plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet and you ordered what type of eggs you wanted when offered freshly made tea of coffee. An all round good stay and highly recommended!

Great campsite, all the facilities that you need and more including free dishwasher to save time on the dishes. The restaurant is always well visited with great traditional dishes all freshly cooked. You can also get cake to take back to your pitch. If you like cream go for the Schwarzwälder cake. Order your bread, freshly baked ready for you to collect in the morning. Indoor swimming pool is quite warm but, give the outside pool a go. Archery on a Saturday afternoon is really great fun for all so everyone can be a Robin Hood or Maid Marion. Definitely will be going back and looking forward to it soon.

We called in here on our way down through southern Germany, having been unable to find any cafes open mid- week. It was a good choice because they were able to facilitate us with coffees and apply pie without issue. We paid €2.50 for coffee and €3.00 for apple pie. The lady who served us was friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

We visited on June, 2016. We were a family of 4. My wife, myself and our two boys ages 11 and 9. We got an newly renovated apartment on the second floor. It was beautiful with a full kitchen that faced an eating area and a seating area with flat screen TV. We had huge balcony that faced an amazing view of the black forest. We had a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. A bedroom for the kids with a special bunk bed and "secret" hiding place. The Parents room was big with a large and comfortable bed. There was wifi all over the apartment with 3 connection to choose from. In some areas of the apartment it was weaker but we manged. We had hot water all the time. We could order breakfast, eggs or fresh bread from the owner for extra charge. We ordered 2 begets that came hot and fresh in the morning. Betina the hostess speaks good English and is very helpful. She recommended a restaurant that was very good. The yard is suitable for kids- they have grass all over. A trampoline, some toys for the kids, barque area, a small "natural" pool 2 minutes walk from the house. Its located a little bit north of the Titisee lake and its convenient to get from there to all main attractions in the area. The only thing that you have to take into consideration is that the apartment comes empty of any type of food including coffee, tea, sugar etc... and of laundry detergent.. It comes with cleaning supplies as you are required to keep the apartment clean. We would highly recommend Pension Michelehaeusle!

Although the decor was dated, the care taken of us by our host was excellent. The location is very convenient for walking to the waterfalls and exploring the town. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet. i think the front facing rooms would be noisier on the main road. We arrived on a Thursday but the kitchens were closed for the evening meal. However the host suggested the take away opposite the Hotel and we were able to eat this food (Pizza) in the hotel dining room. The next day we arranged to eat in and we were fed a traditional meal of schnitzel prepared by the hosts themselves. Breakfast was excellent and we were encouraged to take leftovers with us for our lunch. A very good place to stay in Triberg.
