The food was good, and there was a very nice view of Lake Van from the outside balcony. My favorite dish was menemen (omelet). I would recommend this restaurant to anyone stopping in Tatvan when visiting eastern Turkey.

Buryan is a local taste in this part of Turkey. It is meat dish. The meat ( baby free ranger goat meat )is rousted inside an underground fireplace, served in slices with onions and tomatoe. Delicious!!!

Burada yedigim doneri bugine kadar hic bir yerde yemedim. 10 numara doner. Mekan salas bir mekan aile ile gitmeye cok uygun degil fakat doneri cok guzel tatvandan gecen herkesin burada bir doner yemesini tavsiye ederim.

Turkey is noted for its cuisine, and of all the places I've dined the past 10 days visiting Turkey, this restaurant ranks at the top. The lamb was exquisitely prepared and far more delicious than expected. Others in our group said the same about their oders; they will modify preparation, spices, etc. upon reqest.
