This is a Filipino food joint which serves awesome food. They open for lunch, the kitchen closes in between and they open again for dinner at about 5.30pm.
They serve rice dishes as well as dishes without rice. We had a plate of long beans for only 6 ringgit, a plate of seep fried pork belly with rice for 8 ringgit and a plate of pork in coconut milk ans chilli for 7 ringgit.
The portions were big and the food was really tasty. Nevertheless we have to go back there to try the signature deep fried pork knuckles.

Recently renamed, everything from the decor to the menu remains the same. More importantly, the food remains the best western you are probably going to get in Bintulu.
Try the walnut bacon salad for starters, share a family platter and finish with bread pudding for desert.

The restaurant is walking distance from our hotel. Restaurant is clean and air conditioned. Food price was reasonable. Typical chinese restaurant. Just a minor problem, I don't find the staff was friendly or helpful. Service from the staff is very cold. But on the other side food was nice. Soup is tasty and also other stuff that we ordered. Chicken 'pineapple' style, beef with dried chillies, stir fry-seasonal vegetables with oyster sauce, all nice. Ignoring the service, will definitely come back to try other dishes.

You can choose individual pot or shared base big pot, depends on your coneniencey, and so many variety to choose and select for your favourite soup base. What impressed me was this shop can serve thinnest slice of meat you can get in this town, very good for shabu-shabu. Recommend to Japanese person.
Many appetizer( my favourite is dumpling) available for drinking as well, slightly need more effort on beer, but very rare Taiwanee's beer can be available in this shop.
Food serving speed is very fast, very skilled lady serving and taking an order.

The name of the restaurant doesn't convey that this is traditional Chinese food. The decor is a little chintzy for my taste, all red and gold and the chairs covered in satin. I wouldn't have gone in had it not been recommended by friends who regularly visit the town and this restaurant. The food is really good and inexpensive ie Prawn Nasi goreng 6RM (£1). The steamed fish really Good. However, the main reason for Young is the coconut jelly 9RM (£1.70) and easily serves 2. It comes in a coconut and is delicious...... I'm told by people who have tried many others that it's the best in town. Nice little restaurant, worth a try

I've been here twice and I would recommend the chicken chop to anyone. Not the best but one of the best chicken chop that I've eaten. The atmosphere was nice and it is a great place to hangout with friends. The price is reasonable.
