Welcome to our new restaurant AMbar Steak House! We use traditional but rare for Ukraine "South American" cuts of beef carcass. Just because of it you can enjoy 'traditional' grilled dishes: Filet mignon, «Club-stake», Porterhause and Tiboin. Don't miss the opportunity to feel the original American steak culture. But you have to wait because we are not a fast food. We are an restaurant of high quality food. And quality requires a bit of your patience. Are you a real connoisseur of meat? Then we have something to surprise you. All our meat masterpieces are prepared "under the knife". Each steak delicately hand-cut and well kept. It takes some time. Because of this some our dishes can be in the 'stop list' (absent). But even if we don't have something, we will always offer you the best.See you in AMbar Steak House!
We were on a small tour and visited Bila Tserkva for one night. Found out about AMbar Steak House and decided to give it a try for a dinner when we were very hungry. Well, we were VERY satisfied with everything - food was very delicious, service was outstanding - such a lounge restaurant with pleasant music and very cool and clean interior. We tried several steaks as decided to visit it again for lunch before leaving Bila Tserkva. Too bad Lowenbrau beer has finished after we ordered 2 glasses of it, but Ukrainian Stella Artois was also nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bila Tserkva, great food and not high prices. Our first bill including 7 glasses of 0.5 beer was 28 US Dollars, and second bill with 2 glasses of beer a bit less than 19 US Dollars, and we ate quite a lot!
Chain cozy restaurants on the road. A good place where you can relax in a calm and friendly atmosphere. There are very tasty food, fragrant coffee, cozy atmosphere and friendly service. This restaurant is mandatory to visit, because the best to relax on the road.

...albeit not far from main motorway. You can sit in cozy little wooden houses. Service is attentive but at times on a slow side, but you will not come there for a quick snack. This is a place for big groups of friends or whole family, birthdays and weddings. Picturesque lake and hills are nearby and every taxi driver will be happy to take you there from Bila Tserkva and take you back.

We were hungry and found this restaurant in the centre of Bila Tserkva. It is designed in the style of an American Wild West restaurant. We had lunch that was nothing special, but definitely not bad. It is cheap and a nice-enough place to stay for a while, especially if you want to to have a beer. Service was quite good. Menu is only in Russian, no Ukrainian or English.

Food was adequate, but I fear you pay for the atmosphere. Next door at their other facility Tractier, you will find a larger selection at more affordable prices.

...great service and excellent summer Terrace for weekends breakfast. Could be busy on Friday evening and whole days on weekend. Good mix of Ukrainian cuisine and good quality European dishes. Highly recommended mushrooms cream-soup and dranniki (potato pancakes), for Deserts go for famous "Napolon" and home-cooked apple pie. Not bad pizza too and big selection of beer. You will be back there if you happen to come back to Bila Tserkva.

I was a little suspicious when the hotel recommended Yoko for a light meal when I arrived. However, it was so good that I returned again on my last night in BT. I sent a picture to my wife to show her what a nice place Yoko is. Very good spicy soup and some excellent chicken wings.

Приятная кофейня со свежей выпечкой. Уютные кресла, приветливый персонал. Хороша сидеть у больших окон и наблюдать за машинами в морозный день.
