Recommended budget hotel close to habibganj station .
Reviewed By PurvaK32A well spaced, nicely built and maintained hotel. Value for money.The staff is helpful and cooperative . For a economy hotel good choice. Do pay 25% online to assure your booking . Kitchen staff is very courteous. Parking (4-5 cars ) also available here. Breakfast was basic but tasty. Food is very decently priced. Deluxe Room is big enough ( not small atleast) and washroom is clean and hygienic. Do carry your own fancy toilitries since concept of hotel is basic amenities at best possible economical price . Location is good - within 2km from habibganj railway station and good street food available close to resturant. Less than 2000 Per night is the tarriff. Durgesh from room service team was polite and helpful.

Reviewed By sawan005Worst service and hospitality. No management. Clueless staff, Pathetic food. Dirty Pool. Extremely disappointed with the behaviour of owner. Staff was very rude. Toilets are not clean. No safety of your belonging. Don't waste your money on this property.

Wonderful staff and comfortable room
Reviewed By etherealeternity2017The room was large and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The staff was kind, helpful, and hospitable. For any amenities that were not provided in the room, like an iron or mini refrigerator, the staff made every effort to accommodate us. For instance, we had medications that needed to be stored in the fridge. As we didn't have a mini fridge in the room, the staff offered to store them in the fridge on the main floor and brought us the medications whenever we needed them. They made our stay in Bhopal very comfortable.

Very good budget hotel
Reviewed By 494suniltWe booked this hotel at a very reasonable price. We checked in at 3 A.M. Hotel was clean and spacious. It was much better than what we expected at this price. It has a comfortable checkout time of 12 P. M which is a big plus. Only issue was they were not able to arrange for towels for some reason but that didn't bother us much as we had taken our own towels for the trip.

Simple and comfortable
Reviewed By vijram4525You may not have the grand look of a great hotel. But with simple look, the hotel is quite comfortable and nice. I had very good stay here for 3 nights with my family. The place is secure and has all the facilities. No complaints at all, Good service. The staff were also good and honest and helpful.

Not as good as expected!

Approach to the hotel is a bit shady, through the narrow lane and busy medicines/hardware market on both the sides.Though it is totally safe, choosing to stay here with family/couple should be preferably avoided. 2. Washroom does not have toiletpaper holder, exhaust is very noisy and ineffective. I was given room no. 106 initially but found the toilet seat stained and unclean. The shower assembly was also not in place and tilted at a side. On reporting this, the hotel staff was courteous enough to shift me in another room (103), however i later found that wahsroom door lock was not working properly there. I chose not to report this defect. 3. Bed linen was clean but stained at some parts. PROS: 1. If you are going solo for a business/official trip and choose to stay at the center of city near Railway station, this is a very good option. Check in/out process is quick and does not take any time. 2. Room service is surprisingly very good and prompt. 3. CSFC restaurant serves very nice food both at the restaurant (in the basement area) and in the room. Food served is hot and tasty. 4. Hot water supply (via geysers) in the washroom is superb. 5. Breakfast is served in the room itself, HOWEVER the menu is usually fixed for a day or two. Please make sure you ask for it, before it is served. The restaurant staff will most likely provide you alternate options if you are not happy with the day's menu.
