We are a restaurant, a wine-bar and also a wine shop. We serve lunch from Wednesday till Friday and dinner on Friday and Saturdag evenings. We advise you to make a reservation. Our chef, Eddy Münster is a Mastercook of Belgium. Fine cuisine at available p
From outside it looks like a wine shop. Only when you enter and look at the back of the place you see a few tables â I recommend you to reserve before going! The place is open for lunch (for an evening dinner, only Fridays). All the walls have racks filled with wines, champagne and alcohols. The restaurant offers you the choice - food âà la carteâ - or a menu of 3 or 5 courses (with or without a selection of wine glasses). In my case, I took a menu of 3. They agreed on me changing the starter. I received a pre-starter (tempura of shrimp with a tartare of salmon), 1st dish: endive and shrimp soup, 2nd dish: pasta with a truffle and cream sauce, 3rd dish: ravioli with chicken; all for 35 â¬. Desert is not included in the menu and their selection is very limited. All dishes are presented 1st class. Quantities are reasonable. When choosing for the menu with wine â all wines are served per glass, and selected following your own preferences. You can also purchase a wine from their shop. You will pay an extra 12⬠for corkage. Website is not updated since a while (for instance they mention 8⬠corkage).Overall a good experience with refined top food and very friendly personnel. Being not a connoisseur, should the wines not be in a cooler place for conservation than the restaurant? Soon works (for 3 years) will start in the street and parking will be (more) difficult. It is the moment to try it now!

Be wine is actually a combination of a wine shop and a small restaurant (there are only 7 tables or so, so making a reservation is highly recommended). Don't expect an extensive menu, but you'll have the choice between 6 or 7 appetizers and as many entrees, not including daily specials.I ended up there for lunch to celebrate a birthday and was not disappointed. All dishes feature very fresh ingredients and preparations based on pasta are clearly the specialty. I can recommend the cannelloni with mushrooms in a saffron sauce or the Thai noodles with game meat. The waiter was very friendly and even sold me a bottle of their olive oil as I really loved the taste of it with some fresh bread, salt and pepper. Finally, I do appreciate these small restaurants because you often receive a more personal service and you can actually have a conversation with friends and family without having to shout to be heard.

This is a small and deservedly busy restaurant. Booking in advance is advised. As a first course I had delicious soup with pasta. The main course of swordfish was superbly cooked and bursting with flavour. The strawberry tart was a perfect conclusion to the meal. As you might expect the wine selection is extensive and of very high quality. The best restaurant I have found in the city.
