Reviews on Wine Bar food in Split, Dalmatia, Croatia. The largest city on the Adriatic Coast, seaside delight Split has been under Roman, Venetian, Austrian, French, Italian and Yugoslav control. There is an abundance of restaurants and wine cellars. Sites such as Diocletian's Palace and Mausoleum, the Grgur Ninski Statue and the Cathedral and Bell Tower of St. Domnius justify its position as a UNESCO-designated World Heritage Site. The city's coves offer several lovely beaches, including central Bacvice. Ferries link Split to Dalmatian summer resorts.

Uje oil bar is the first Croatian olive oil bar dedicated completely to the Mediterranian food based on the olive oil. This is the place where you can taste more than 50 varieties of the best Croatian olive oils, most of them are on sale in our shop incor
Loved this restaurant. The olive oil and homemade bread was stunning. Delicious food - we had the traditional fish pie and pasta with homemade pesto. Both lovely and would highly recommend. It's in a nice spot too - somewhat quieter side street tucked away. I see another review complained about the pesto, but let me assure you it was yummy - not basil pesto but delicious nonetheless.

Intimate restaurant in the center of Split, serving Dalmatian- Mediterranean food, high quality wines from small local winerys and unique cocktails.
EntreesThe octopus. Really goodMy pasta. Not cooked properly The main sea bowl. Shared. Ok. Nothing to write aboutAs the price was nearly the same as zoi. No comparisonService nice and restaurant okBut down on foodThank you for your visit and scantily comment which does not help to other potential guests or to us improve anything. We would gladly like to hear what our guests consider properly cooked pasta because it is homemade pasta and done al dente. The main Chef is little puzzeled about your comment "down on food" all together. Since you did "clean" all plate of all dishes served to you, and plus the waiter did asked you how is your food 4 times, during and after the dinner, and your answer was every time how everything is good and fine.

Zeru is an intimate cafe and wine bar, in the centre of Split. Run by a local organic winemaker - it serves breakfast, brunch and carefully selected bites paired with the owner`s selection of Dalmatian wines. Zeru means Ëa bitËin an archaic local dialect,
We just stopped here for quick glass of wine. Chosed rose, it was great so we decided to have a bite. We had 3 different plates.Wege plate was Ok+, country? Plate was excellent and pulled pork was near heaven. Just wondering why there was so quiet. The restaurant was there to announce the winery where the wines were from. Trogiri origin so Local.

Fantastic food, wine and service, waiter was attentive and friendly. I had the swordfish which was amazing, with biscuit panacotta and lavender cheese cake for dessert- both were something I haven't tried before and didn't disappoint. The Croatian wine was incredible and the atmosphere of the restaurant relaxed and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit when you're in Split.

Decided to check this eatery out after deliberating between other options, and was not disappointed. The food, though slightly pricey, was amazing and staff were friendly. We came back the next day as well. Keep up the good work! They have periods to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. I believe lunch only starts at noon.
