The Originality Of The Concept Is Drawn Around A Strong Idea: Anoblate The Beer, And Democratize The Wine. This Dna Is Spoken In Store By A Space Of Sale Composition Of A Cellar With Wine, Beer, And Spirits, Doubled Of A Space Bar Dedicated To The Discove
Went here for an apéritif before going for a meal. I was gobsmacked when entering the establishment to see the quantity and choice of beer on sale. Beer is my drink of predilection and when on holiday on the Continent I usually try to fit in a trip to Belgium to bring some beer back with me, after having visited V & B I can say that I can give Belgium a miss from now on in. This is a Beer Drinkers paradise however they do sell wine and some regional products as well. Only critic would be that it's an extremely popular location if you want to consume onsite and we had to wait for quite a while before being served. We ordered a bowl of "mix de saucisson" and could only get through half of the quantity served. A very enjoyable moment spent once we had succeeded in passing our order.
Bar à vins, bières artisanales, charcuteries et fromages. Situé en plein cÅur d'Olivet, nous mettons à l'honneur les produits du terroir.
Modern decor and a decent selection of primarily French beers, and a limited food menu serving pate with baguettes and snacks. Appears to be a relatively recent addition and situated on the little plaza in the middle of Olivet. Enjoyed the setup and the enthusiasm of the staff is a bonus. Went back more than once over a few days so I must have really liked it.

A great place for organic/bio wines (high point on our radar) but also a delightful place for lunch. Simple menu that was well done, quirky ambiance and friendly staff. Would definitely pop in again.

Sacrés Best Wine List of the Year edition 2017 by the journal Terre de Vins, Sabine & Laurent BROCHARD are installed in 2011 in the very old place of the 3 Maries to open their Wine-Restaurant. The Kitchen welcomes you to the ground floor and then to disc
We luckily got into this restaurant at short notice. I'd have to say it's is one of the best restaurant experiences we've had whilst in France. The couple who run it are passionate about their wine and food. We don't speak French and the wonderful lady who is in charge of the floor carefully and meticulously explained each dish in English. My mouth was literally watering at the descriptions. The waiter was also super friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding and they have a fantastic range of delicious wines by the glass (they keep the bottles in special machines to keep the open bottles airtight and at the perfect temperature) They suggested the perfect wines to match our dishes and each one was spot on. Overall the price was very reasonable considering the outstanding quality. The service was friendly and professional without being overbearing. The food was amazing. Don't miss this and you should reserve ahead to ensure a spot.
