One Saturday, a friend and I had lunch here. We made a reservation, which did not seem to be needed. I hoped it was not a bad omen for the restaurant. However the food and service is immpecable. The foie gras was delicate and lovely and the lamb succulent. The server's recommendation of a wine based upon my taste was spot on. The restaurant picked up a bit during our time there but was not incredibly busy. Fortunately as I walked by later than evening, the place was packed. A restaurant such as this one should be one that is patronized!

Bar à vin et à manger, avec plus de 50 références de vins au verre autour de planches gourmandes de charcuterie et fromage, de salades généreuse et tartines chaudes et desserts.
We came across this restaurant whilst struggling to find one open on a Monday and we werenât disappointed. Very friendly service and pleasant ambience, delicious plates of food - the Tours rillettes was superb and the melted Camembert was wonderful. Obviously the major hit was the wine served from boxes - yes! We mentioned what we liked then got to try before ordering - so delicious and inexpensive that weâre taking some home! A real treasure and a delightful night out. Thanks a lot Sarah for your comment ! It was a pleasure to welcome you, and really happy you enjoyed so much the "Clot & Fardet" Rosé.You'll remember us at home !Hope you had a safe trip back.

Went here mainly to try some wines, was not disappointed.Triplets of wines offered for tasting - 1 French, 2 non-French - the night I was there the selections were chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, syrah, pinot noir. I went for the chardonnay & syrah, asked them not to tell me which was which in the flights so I could try to pick the French one & guess the others!Hopeless I was for chardonnays, picked a Californian as French as it was so different from the other 2. No idea the other was a kiwi. Disappointed I couldn't pick a premiere cru Bourgogne blanc.....At least I managed to pick the Côte de Rhônes from the Aussie Hunter shiraz & the Sth African.Just had a charcuterie platter to eat which was fine and went well with wines.Good place to go for the oenophiles, perhaps I should have tried more Loire wines but they weren't part of the tasting flights.
