At the arriving the waiter described for us that the restaurant was a wine bar with sophisticated kitchen and finer food.We got surprise to see on the menu canguroo, well not a Salento product, so we wondered why?We decided to order an Hamburger, really badly prepared and poorly served.Deep frozen, precooked meat, Angus Beef they said. Served with only French fries, no buns, no sallad, not even a slice of tomato or any dressing at all. I suggest the management to have a look on Google how a hamburger should look like.Broad beans pure with squid was ok, too pricy for that small amount of squid. 14 Euros, being a starter. The wine list was ok, nice wines, but unfortunately hard to pair to any food. Another suggestion is to remove all the plastic plants, it look sad and it gives a cheap atmosphere. Sophisticated is not the right term to describe this restaurant. We gave One star because the waiter been polite and professional, even though was like his first day at work.Otherwise 0Dalà Louboutin Dear Customer, reading your review according to my opinion, you have the wrong place to come and eat, however the Hamburger in question has been inserted only for children, we are not a sandwich shop, we do not serve sandwiches with salads and tomatoes, we have cuts of prized meats, including the Canguro and Salentino, we have the Martina Franca bomblets and horse in pieces. Cena stupenda per festeggiare un'anno della nostra piccola! Marcella e' stata molto gentile Sin dal momento della prenotazione. La location e' molto affascinante e ben curate le luci. Consiglio per qualità del cibo, preparazione fatta in casa e per i consigli sul vino.
