Our server was Jerad, and he was excellent. Very attentive but did not hover. The food was wonderful. My husband had the beef and pork ragout, and I had the pesto over pasta. Both were excellent. I substituted fettuccine for spaghetti which may have been a mistake as the fettuccine noodles were on the hearty side. I prefer a lighter noodle; however, the pesto was wonderful and fresh tasting. For dessert I indulged in the tiramisu. It was simply the best I have ever had period! The sous chef knows his stuff.

My friends and I stopped in here after work one Sunday afternoon. I had a dark beer on tap (great selection, btw) and the hummus plate. Service was excellent. The beer selection was amazing and I loved my choice (muy especial from New Providence), and the food. It's a fun place and reasonable priced! I'll be back...it's a great drinks/snacks place!

New Orleans cajun and boiled seafood restaurant
This restaurant is located in a fairly new strip mall in the burgeoning area around the AMP. The interior décor is quite nice, consisting of mostly wood. The chairs, made of burned 2x4s, are far more aesthetic than they are comfortable, however.Basically this is another bag-boil Cajun-inspired seafood place, where you pick a protein (crab, shrimp, crawfish, etc.), flavoring, and some sides... then they serve it on your paper-covered table while the food is still in the bag. As such, you WILL need several paper towels (like a whole roll) --and for goodness sakes do NOT wear white! The food is so messy that they have a line of hand-washing stations adjacent to the bathrooms... which was kind of cool, though a wierd feeling to be washing hands with strangers of both sexes. You feel like you've inadvertently wandered into the wrong bathroom. If you don't want to mess with the, well... mess... there are alternatives on the menu. We also tried the shrimp pasta (quite tasty), and my son went all adventurous and ordered the rice and gator.Yes... gator. As in alligator. It was chewy, but not unappealing.Overall, this place was nice and the staff was friendly and attentive. They also serve Coke products for those of us who refuse to submit to Pepsi's plot of world domination. The price tag was a little higher than I would have liked, but we did have crab and alligator, so... what can you say? I'd eat here again.
