Passing through and thought this would be a great place to drink and dine; however, it seemed that the wait staff really were not interested in welcoming new clientele. Others at the bar also felt the same vibe. Fantastic drinks and food, and a really cool place, but would not recommend it. The bartender was very cold and not engaging, and the other staff maintained their distance. It was advertised as a piano bar, but it wasnât. No WiFi, which made it easy to leave. Hope they make it, but not betting on it. Thank you for your review of Tuesday 23rd July 2019, and apologies for what you believe to have been sub-standard service by our staff. It is always a challenge for any bartender to accommodate a birthday party of 20 or more in the back lounge, while attending new customers at the bar. I know, that while they endeavor to make sure you have everything you need, their attention is pulled in every direction, and their time for engaging in conversation is, at best, limited. Mostly, customers are very understanding, but we are sorry that you found the experience wanting because of it.We do not provide wifi with the express intention that people stay off their phones and engage in conversation, and most people appreciate that. As regards the âpiano barâ issue, our website, does not include music, and despite our efforts to change the listing on other sites, they do not update their information. We thank you for your concern regarding the longevity of our establishment, although we have been in business for more than 12 years, and are an established part of the community. We would gladly welcome you back should you wish to try us again on a night when we can better accommodate your needs.Kind regards,
