A fantastic welcome, great charcuterie, sensational wine selection. The pasta with raw egg and truffle is just excellent.If you to neive this has to be on you list. Very traditional very friendly.

We had the braised beef in Barbaresco wine, with a very small portion of mashed potatoes and some vegetables. It tasted good, but we already had the same dish better.What made the experience less was the attitude of the staff, not so friendly and even a bit arrogant

It was a real surprise; visiting the Cellar Carlin de Paolo we discover to have the possibility to eat there. Beautiful and warm environment with an amazing quality of the raw material (meet, vegetables, handmade pasta, etc.). There is a crazy promotion 7 plates + 7 wines at 25⬠... I would give 4 Michelin stars. No matter where you are in Piedmont ... you need to go and visit the Cellar; Wines are probably the best we had in the region and Food is a real masterpiece Congratulations!!

Within a 8 day stay at a local vineyard had lunch and dinner there many times. Felt like I was eating at home. Nice wine list. Extraordinary value. Nice people. A real local atmosphere.

We had a delightful meal at Wine Story. Itâs truffle season and, having tasted them earlier in the week, at a modest little lunch spot, at a modest price, we were very keen to sample some more. This time the waiter brought a basket of deliciously stinky white truffles to choose from. Our chosen truffle was weighed, and a price per gramme quoted. Did we work it out? No. Truffle was ceremoniously grated over all our food. Delicious! When the bill came, the price for the truffle, scribbled in pencil on a piece of paper, came to 95 euros. Dearie me. At first we thought weâd been taken for a ride. But other guests at our B&B told of a 195 euro truffle, seen at a local restaurant earlier in the week. Truffles are apparently like diamonds - the bigger ones command higher prices! An experience and a half . But one that will break the bank if repeated soon. Service was excellent and the restaurant went to some trouble to accommodate dietary requirements.

Molto soddisfatti di questa esperienza. Incantevole location in mezzo ai vigneti e con un percorso ( sopratutto per chi ha bimbi al seguito) in cui puoi vedere vari animali da fattoria. Da vedere la cantina di tufo! Ottimi i vini acquistati con prezzi onesti. Buono il pranzo nella simpatica sala molto ben curata in ogni particolare. Ogni piatto è stato gradito, dagli antipasti alla grigliata su pietra ollare. Ottima l'idea della tagliata di frutta prima del dolce. Una lode al fornitissimo cestino del pane: pane, grissini, trancetti di focacce e pizzette.
