We went on a day trip from Rome and it was well worth the time and effort. We stayed overnight in the winery's hotel. Both the hotel and restaurant were both beautifully restored, including the incorporation of old wine barrels into the design. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Ours included a terrace with a beautiful view of the hillside town of Cori. Dinner that night was at 8 in the restaurant downstairs. We each had the five course option which included a pairing of wine with each serving. The food was exceptionally good and beautifully plated. And the wines were all excellent, so much so that we purchased a case the next day to enjoy later back in Rome. All in all, an excellent find. The main challenge is getting there. It's only about an hour outside of Rome and we had a driver who had been there before. But Cori is pretty small and it didn't appear to have a train station. Nonetheless, if you can find it, you won't be sorry. I would return in a heartbeat.

Comodo se hai poco tempo e ti trovi in zona per lavoro. Un panino o, ancora meglio, un po di buona pizza e si può risolverefacilmente il problema del pranzo.

Incuriositi dalle foto dei piatti viste su Tripadvisor, abbiamo cenato in questo locale a Cisterna di Latina e il risultato è stato più che positivo, tanto che ci siamo ritornati anche la sera successiva. L'ambiente è tipico delle fraschette, i prodotti serviti sono ottimi e presentati molto bene, poi in più, il titolare è una persona simpatica e cordiale, che non guasta. Sarà sicuro un posto da rivisitare, se un giorno, dovessimo tornare in zona.
