Le Cercle des Arômes est un bar à vin à Colmar en Alsace. Plus de 200 crus au verre ainsi que de fabuleux mets alsaciens à déguster ! The Cercle des Aromes is a wine bar in Colmar in Alsace. More than 200 Crus by the glass and treasures of the Alsace terr
Absolutely brilliant set up. Intimate setting, great service and a wine for every mood! My daughter and I were looking for a nice wine bar.. and Le cercle did not disappoint. We started with the mandatory local Riesling and Gewurtztraminer but quickly moved to warmer reds. We chose a Saint Joseph 2016 and A Sierra du Sud 2016. and had a couple of glasses each with one meat and cheese platter to share. The bill was 67 euros for 6 glasses of wine and one shared platter. Impeccable service and ambience. Would go back !Hello,It will be with pleasure if you want to come again ! You tasted 2 différents warm wines and there are 150 others to drink on the same style ! Thanks too for the compliments about the service. Hope to see you again ! Antoine

The place is a combined gourmet shop and lunch place. We stopped when they just opened to buy some ham we booked lunch at the same time. The restaurant is on 1. Floor. The lunch was great, especially the cheeses. A very good place to have lunch.

After reading reviews online we booked here for dinner one evening in Colmar. Some of our disappointment is admittedly our fault as we were expecting so much more. The courtyard is a very pretty place to sit in Summer and the atmosphere was lovely. We didn't realise the menu is only very small with a handful of options and a few specials- and only consists of tapas type small plates. We asked advice on how many to get and were told four between the two of us would be enough for dinner. Given the price of many of the dishes we thought they may be quite substantial but they were actually rather pricey for what you got. It may be that the French eat differently to the British (!) but four was no where enough. And despite ordering several more small plates - we were hungry again a few hours later. The service itself was a bit short but friendly enough. For lunch it would be a lovely place to stop and have some wine with nice local cheeses and charcuterie. But I would give it a miss for dinner.

I stopped in here several times during my stay in Colmar, both alone and with friends. The young man who served us was friendly and helpful. There is a small lovely outside deck on the canal and away from the busy street and crowds where we had wonderful crossaints and coffee in the morning or a pleasant glass of wine in the afternoon. It is also a great spot for a coffee and dessert
