We visited the stone mill with family for the first time hoping it would be a special meal and we were not disappointed . The service was very good , the food was excellent, beautifully cooked and well presented . This is a first class restaurant, friendly service , reasonably priced , well worth a visit .

Lovely experience in the middle of nowhere. Initial wafer snack delivered massively more taste than an identical looking offering from Restaurant Gordon Ramsay later in the week. Other outstanding taste sensations from fermented carrot, black pudding, heritage tomatoes, dexter beef. Great job.

We were looking for a dog friendly pub with good food and we found it here!Excellent service and friendly staff.The steak and kidney pie was a real pie with pastry all round!
