The food is very simple and nothing at all like what I have experienced and tasted in Vietnam (north and south). The fresh spring rolls tasted like lettuce and water and the fake skinny tempura shrimps did not taste like shrimps....... they probably came from a cheap discount supermarket. I was really disappointed.Dear CecileThanks for your review.I am sorry that our food unfortunately does not fall to your taste.May I have a few words about these 2 dishes you had got. Main point of the tempura shrimps is the delicious crispy dough outside which had given the skinny shrimp experience. Our fresh summer rolls consist primarily of different vegetables and herbs, how authentic comes from our homemade sauce (especially fish sauce), for which I may be asked which sauce you had got for your food?I hope that you will come back to us and try to taste the other dishes that I would clearly recommend: Spring rolls, Pho or Bun at the house's expenseLast but not least, I just want to say that all our raw materials are bought from the supplier for professional kitchen.Many thanks for your understanding and hope we will see again.Best regardsHung Nguyen
