Pho is yummy, without any hint of MSG, which is good.Chicken skewer also tastes good.Sometimes you may need to wait for the table, but the wait is short because food is ready quickly.

Took my family here for dinner as we were staying at the hotel half a nearby. It was a mixed visit of good and bad. It's newly opened, so we were only one group of maybe of 5 groups on a Saturday evening. It's big wide open modern space decorated in dark furniture, but with plenty of natural lighting. We tried:- Coconut Shrimp Ceviche - Poor. We originally wanted to try Tumeric Mini Pacakes (which I believe is Bun Xeo), but they said they ran out, which surprised me since this is a new opening that it wasn't very busy. The server recommended this dish instead. I was completely unprepared how much heat (spice) this dish would have. It completely numbed my mouth so I could not taste the shrimp. Not sure if they intended it to be that spicy, but when I told the server, she only said "sorry" and made no attempt to make up for it.- Eggroll Lettuce Wrap - Good. Very traditional dish, and eggrolls were very fresh and crisp. - Spicy Garlic Chicken Wings - Good. They call it spicy, but it wasn't (nothing compared to the ceviche). Batter is quite loose so once you bit into it, most of the batter falls right off the wing.- Beef Pho - Average. It was customized for my kids, so just noodles, beef and broth. Broth had good flavor, but nothing spectacular about it. Quite expensive.Service was OK, but as mentioned, the server didn't make any attempt to make-up for the ceviche. Some free street parking that was easy to get given how quiet the neighborhood is. But could be hard to find parking if this restaurant (and neighboring restaurant) start generating volume.Overall, I have mixed feelings on food and service. I certainly wouldn't be craving to go back, but wouldn't stop anyone from giving it a try. Maybe it was just an off night.

My daughter took us there and it seems one of the famous restaurants for local people. Food is good and price is reasonable. You can choose small bowl or large bowl of noodle. I will visit their restaurant again when I come to Redmond area next year.

On my recent visit to Microsoft I had the opportunity to have lunch on campus. Wow are there a lot of choices! We opted to eat at the main commons. I felt like Asian food, so this was the perfect choice. Each dish is cooked fresh and to order. It was hot, spicy and yummy.
