I absolutely love the service and the clay pots. I've been here a number of times, to the point where the waitress knows exactly what I am going to order (because I get the same thing every time). They bring out the food to you pretty quickly and as such also cater to a lunch crowd.

The family and I were craving Vietnamese food and we already have a favorite authentic restaurant. We visited Viet Huong Vietnamese Restaurant in Huntsville, Alabama. The menu is easy to understand and there are many dishes to choose from. We all started with Thai Tea with boba. The wife and I had Pho and the others ordered Bun. The service was excellent and the portion size was excellent.

Wife and I decided to give this place a try food late mid day for lunch. Was not busy but expected since it was after 1:00 PM. Seated ourselves and was served immediately. Ordered Pepsi, no coke, and water. Ordered the spring roll and egg rolls. Wife ordered a chicken curry and I the beef brisket, flank steak, beef meatball Pho, P14 I believe. The rolls arrived very quickly. They were very good and I decided I really liked the spring rolls better than the egg rolls. Actually I would have been happy having a few orders of the spring rolls for a meal. The pho and chicken curry took a while longer but that is because I am pretty sure they are prepared fresh upon the order being placed. Took maybe 15 minutes for the orders to arrive. Wife liked her curried chicken I did too as I had a taste. The pho was a little bland for my taste but I tends to like spicy foods. Both dishes were very filling though. Would definitely return for another meal but I would order something spicier. Very inexpensive. One thing to note is they don't have printed receipts.
