I am very familiar with the Pho phenomena and have visited almost every Pho venue in Liberec and in cities where it reigns supreme. When I first heard of this new shop, I was anxious to visit. Admittedly, their offerings are well done albeit lacking in a depth of flavor that I have come to appreciate.The ambiance is unlike the typical Pho shop. Not that it is a prerequisite but I did't see one Vietnamese in or near the kitchen or service area. The dining area is modern/upscale unlike other Pho shops that lean toward an Asian feel. It felt more like a modern fast-food establishment.I could have overlooked many of what I would consider drawbacks but above all else, their prices were considerably higher than other Pho shops in the area. Good enough, but I doubt that I will go back; it just didn't feel like the right place to be eating Pho.Thank you for your feedback :-)

First of all ... finaly!! And big thanks for that! We tried everything on standard menu and few daily choices. Except of Burrito, that is little bit dry, and therefore evaluated as "fine". I loved everything - burger (the only vegan burger in Liberec), kebab (fresh and juicy) or spring rolls (very specific with the peanut butter souce and sezam seeds on top) that are my favorite. Every day they also have something for sweet tooth and the tiramisu cake we had last time was assessed as yummy by my nephew:)Oh, not to forget, you can pay by card and the service is always nice:)The only thing I am missing right now is opening hours during weekend or later in the evening. Fingers crossed for that.

Restaurace nabÃzà pÅedevÅ¡Ãm známé letnà závitky a polévky Pho. VÅ¡e bylo velmi dobré, už jsme u nich jedli opakovanÄ! Oproti prvnà návÅ¡tÄvÄ se zlepÅ¡il i interiér, nepůsobà již tak "studenÄ".ChválÃm.
