Who would have thought?A little Vietnamese (I assume, correct me if I am wrong) corner store, off the main thoroughfares, down in Dubbo suburbia, with Asian groceries, and they are establishing a tiny restaurant with home-cooked Vietnamese food, either eat in or take-away, based on family classics done well.What's not to like? Loved it. Had a delicious Vietnamese Fried Rice, Roast Pork Vermicelli - and all 'home made', prepared on the go. Not being an expert of Vietnamese food, but a real fan, there were great flavours - subtleties you don't normally get in some Aussified-Viet food. Oh, and you can also get fish and chips.Dubbo, support this family. Great food, great idea, they deserve success, and the food is delicious. OK, doesn't look great as a shop-front - yet..... give them time.

Absolutely amazing, authentic, food, and I can personally recommend the Pho. Get a serve of the Spring Rolls, but don't forget to ask for the right way to eat them, as you could be very surprised at the response if you don't, ( As in NO, NO, NO, You naughty children, you must eat like this ) but was not meant to be insulting, just instructive,
