This restaurant has a long tradition in Buon Ma Thuot. The food is absolutely vietnamese style and very good. You should try the "Cum Hen" when you go there for the first time. It is very delicious!!! Also they have their own brand for traditional wine called "Yokdoni". Try it!
Les plats sont succulents : grillade, chao, lâu, ...Le tout avec des plates aromatiques de la forêt d'où le nom du restaurant "La" pour feuille et "Quan" pour restaurant.
The Hoang Kien Ban Me is one of my favourite restaurants in Buon Ma Thuot. It's down a side road in gardens landscaped round a large lake with tables set out in the middle accessed via bridges and many more tables jutting out over the water. A great place to go for an evening meal. The seafood is excellent and the service is fast and the staff friendly. Try the whole fish in the ginger/oyster sauce. Amazing. Recommended.

Great atmosphere. Tables heaving with Vietnamese people enjoying the great menu here. Nice outdoor atmosphere. The food is excellent. Well worth a visit.
Excellent Vietnamese restaurant with good sea food from the local area fresh water fish. You go there to have good food and fund, but it is not a romantic place, as it is very noisy as majority of the Vietnamese restaurants. Staff is very friendly, but for some of us, there may be a language challenge even that some of the staff understand English. Majority of the guests are Vietnamese.
Dieses Restaurant setzt sich aus mehreren kleinen Foodstalls zusammen. Die Karte ist abwechslungsreich und preiswert. Es gibt auch Frühstück wie Omelett, Brot usw.
serving barbecue, hot pot with cool outdoor space affordable prices, serving the Highlands Grill: only three pigs, valances pigs, pig cartilage
You should check out this crazy place if you want some good meat. It can get loud there, but it was full of young locals, some of them were even celebrating a birthday. Go ahead and try it.
Heard a lot about this restaurant from my friends, then I went there for lunch. Their beef dish so not so special, the place is small and not so clean but if you are an easy going customer then check out this place for new experience.
Providing a memorable dining experience that specialise in Vietnamese traditional cuisine from the north. The main dishes are: Spring rolls, West lake Shrimp cake, Bun cha Ha Noi, Sea crab spring rolls, Pho cuon, Bun Dau mam tom... in cheap price and clea
Good food at reasonable prices. They serve many dishes from the North like bun cha, bun dau mam tom and cha com. I usually order bun cha when I visit this place. Bun cha here gives the same taste like those I used to have in Saigon though pickled carrots and turnips are a little bit sourer. In the picture is a special serving of bun dau mam tom comprising of grilled pork, boiled pork, cha com, fried tofu, fried spring rolls, rice vermicelli and vegetables. They leave sugar and kumquat on the tables so that you can season the mam tom to your taste. Service is a little bit slow when the place ia crowded.
