We enjoy the food and the service at this local restaurant. The food is always fresh and tasty. We particularly enjoy the Vietnamese pancake and the rice paper rolls.

Best Pho Ga Bo in Melbourne. Walking home on cold wet day and found this gem. Excellent staff and service, combined with great food. Perfect.

Our Vietnamese Kitchen is full of colours, vibrant tastes and full of excitement. We have carefully curated a selection of dishes bringing you the sights, flavours and aromas of Vietnam.
The Hanoi-style pork spring rolls are different from the standard spring rolls we've always had elsewhere, as they are filled with minced pork, and wrapped in rice-paper and deep-fried. But once we got accustomed to that idea, we found them quite tasty. The beef pho was underwhelming, in a smallish bowl, and with the broth a little bland, almost as if the star-anise was missing. The flavour intensified a little once we waited for the meat to be infused a little into the broth.
Bought a Groupon deal and it had absolutely blown us away. Friendly staff who were very attentive. Meals portions were big, but the taste wasn't compromised at all. Although I don't live in the neighbourhood , I am definitely going back:)
We have eaten at Pho Huong Viet 4, in Bentleigh 5 times in the last couple of months since it opened. The food is great. It is a very busy restaurant , staff run around. Prices are very reasonable. The place has a real buzz. It is not fancy, laminex tables but well worth the visit.
