Thought we would give this new restaurant a try and we were glad we did. Friendly staff, good menu and atmosphere. The lamb stew I had was very good indeed. We will certainly return.

Happy, happy, happy? Not really this time. I've had quite a few Doner kebabs from here, and they're normally very good. This time there was almost no meat left on the elephant's leg, and what was served was tough and tasteless. Disappointed.
As someone who has visited this kebab Mecca on a weekly basis, I assure that the food and the memories that are made he will stay with you. A personal favourite is the small meat and chips with garlic and burger sauce with lettuce. The free drink given to students was very helpful and only help strengthened the relationships I made with the staff - especially bahri. They also accommodated for my 18th (true story) of which I receieved a whole 1L and shared the grill special amongst my brethren. Thank you all.

We walked in placed a large and somewhat complicated order and went for a walk about. The guys got the order spot on, the portions were huge... Quality of the meat was fantastic and me being a donner connoisseur am pleased to have Sancho's as my local kebab dive! Will visit again and do recommend.

It is many years since I last patronised this establishment (mainly because I live in a different part of the country) but visiting a favourite aunt at Easter, treated us to fish and chips - and pleased to say that although the ownership might have changed, the standards haven't. The welcome is effusive, there's lots of smiles and the shop is very clean and well presented with a large and comprehansive menu displayed on the wall. The fish portions are impressive, hand battered and only cooked to order, so you may have to wait a few minutes for your supper - but believe me, it is well worth the wait. Beautifully crisp batter, concealing a perfectly cooked fillet of either cod or haddock, breaking into succulent flakes of fish that almost melt in the mouth. It doesn't get much better than this and when I am next in the area, this will be top of the list for my go to place for fish and chips. Highly recommended.

Another excellent family meal last night at Havet, this is a repeat visit and we are never disappointed. Menu based around Lamb, Chicken and Fish with a wide variety of side choices, very much a mix and match choice of Turkish maze dishes. Quick and attentive staff, drinks at reasonable prices, very little wait for service and service of food and drinks. You donât have to wait for your âtable waiterâ as any passing service staff will take your order and deliver your request quickly. By 6 on a Friday night restaurant was almost full so make a booking online in advance is to be recommended. Sizable portions and excellent tasting food. This is not the place for a âquietâ meal, there is a buzz about the place with constant chatter that adds to the ambience of the place. We will be back again as soon as we can find an excuse. A very successful high street restaurant who have got the right mix of service, prices and quality tasting food that you want to come back for more.
