The place has been recently renovated; new wooden huts have been added. In general it looks good. It is placed next to the creek which is connected to the Abant lake. There are numerous outdoor seating options, as well. The food here is mainly meat; but the rich breakfast is also very popular throughout the day. Pricing is reasonable; but if you choose lamb barbecue it may go a little higher. No alcohol is served.
The very best and original and traditional Iskender Kebap money can buy! Very friendly service, incredibly clean, amazingly delicious. The owner Yalcin Ulusoy explained all the history of Iskender Kebap to us in English and we will go back again. We recommend Kebapci Iskender Bolu & Yalcin to everyone. Thanks a million!

Its a charming little restaurant located on the main street in the city center. We were three people including a three year old who is on a vegetarian diet. Its always been hard finding restaurants here that serve vegetarian meals, but we always find multiple choices of soup, side dishes and pilaf/ bulgur to feed our boy. Unfortunately they only serve the mushroom soup and the waiters were not helpful at all when we asked if the shef could âmodifyâ one of their dishes by simply not adding meat to it. Our son ended up eating tomatoes, cucumbers and fried potatoes. On the other hand, our dishes were good enough, the portions were really big and the price we paid was justified. On the way out we met the owner, he is a very kind and welcoming person, but the waiters need to be more flexible and they could definitely smile more.

It is a casual Gözleme place where you can have different kinds of Gözleme, including an innovative version of it: Mantı style. That is, with yogurt and tomato sauce. Although it does not have classical Gözleme taste, it is different and delicious. Staff is friendly, service is good and prices are reasonable. Try ayran made of special yogurt.

We ate a late dinner: spinach and onion katmer (with ayran) and a tuna salad. The salad was fresh and the katmer - my god it was perfect. It was similar to ıspınaklı gözleme but the onion was well-fried and crunchy so definitely had more of an evening taste than gözleme which is usually served for brunch. We saw the women making it fresh. The ayran was a quality brand from a glass bottle and creamy. "Oklava" is a small eatery with outdoor tables on a street corner near Anıtpark. They have a range of meals here including kumpır (stuffed roast potato). There was free wifi available but signing-in was a little bit complicated. The prices were very affordable. Definitely I would eat here again.

This is a great place for local Bolu specialties such as yaprak sarma, kesli cevizli manti and kesli cevizli eriste. They also serve excellent bread and pickled peppers. We had a chance to stop by with family today and it was great again. Excellent place and must-visit restaurant when visiting Bolu.
