We've been going to Bai Tong for quite a while but had never ordered takeout. I think the portions were always good when dining in but very meager compared to what we would normally get. The green curry and trout curry doesn't come with rice. The vegetable and mushroom was probably a fourth of what we would expect dining in, and the noodle dishes about a half. I ordered seven entrees, and it wasn't enough to feed four people. The total takeout charge was $105. Takeout at Bai Tongs is not worth it.

This is a small but EXCELLENT Thai restaurant. Yelp gives it 4 stars with 41 reviews. Best Thai in Bellevue!!!
Our 2nd time dining here and still good, although the spiciness was inconsistent on the dishes and portions tended to the smaller size. I liked my curry and the larb gai was good too. The homemade coconut ice cream makes a wonderful finish.

I was a long-term fan of Thai Ginger in Bellevue, but as their prices went up, their service went down. Sukho is different, while it's a small restaurant, the flavors are big and yummy. Although it is a vegetarian and pescetarian restaurant this hasn't limited the options and selection. The seafood was fresh and tender whether scallops or prawns. We especially enjoyed the Summer Rolls with prawns, the Pineapple Curry with scallops, and seafood Satay. The Phad Thai, had too many noodles and not quite enough veggies, but was very favorable. My new Thai food fix on the eastside.

The recommendation we received, that "this is a great Thai restaurant," was not overstated...IT IS! Colorful and clean interior, with smiling efficient servers, and great smelling and tasting dishes served piping hot and fast. Very sufficient portions and reasonably priced large menu make this a great dinning experience, and one we will return to frequently. The exterior isn't photogenic but don't hesitate to walk through the door, because it will be a culinary visit you won't forget quickly.

While many Thai restaurants serve dishes domesticated to Western palates, Thai Ginger is known for authentic artfully crafted selections made with the freshest and finest ingredients. Thai food is considered one of the most balanced cuisines on the planet
We came for dinner on a Saturday at around 6.30pm and there was only one other table with diners - this is primarily a takeout place but that doesn't mean the food isn't good. We started with fresh rolls, around $6, and they were really good. Full of fresh ingredients and came with sides of hoisin and peanut sauce. I had red curry with chicken for main course, chicken was tender, curry sauce was really tasty, and you can choose spiciness from 2-5. I had 3 and it was pretty mild, I should have gotten spicier. I think they cater for American tastes. BF had the wide flat noodles with chicken (the dry ones not the wet), I had a taste and they were excellent, with lots of broccoli which I like but the broccoli was slightly soft, I like it crispier. Teenager had pad thai and loved it, it was a huge serve. We all got brown rice with it, love having the brown rice option. For all that it was $43 before tip, very good for that much food and such good quality. Well worth a visit. Oh and parking is easy and they were very accommodating with packing our leftovers to take home..HI Maria - Thank you for taking the time to review our restaurant. Our Similan Thai Cuisine is inspired by the beauty of Mu Koh Similan Islands, Thailand. Itâs one of the most exotic scuba diving places in the world. Our restaurant is designed to transport this wonderful atmosphere along with our Thai secret recipes clos
Our family group likes Thai food and tonight we tried a restaurant new to all of us. We were not disappointed. In fact we are all still talking about what great meals we each had at Similan. My salmon with Panang sauce and broccoli was outstanding. Others at the table had amazing soups, salads and entrees that were equally wonderful. I can highly recommend Similan for its food and service. Even though it was busy tonight, it was also very quiet, which we all enjoyed.

We were delighted, upon entering the lobby, to see dozens of awards displayed on the walls--evidence that Bai Tong has won "Best Thai," "Best Asian," and "Best Restaurant" titles from regional (Seattle area) publications. Our experience was in line with those awards. Our fresh spring rolls were excellent, and each of our dishes were as pleasing to the eye as to the palate. Prices were surprisingly reasonable. The only drawbacks involved small glitches in service. My wife ordered a beef salad and was surprised when she received prawns, and that more than half of the "salad" consisted of a cabbage wedge with leaves too stiff to be used as wraps. The shredded mango was, however, creative and tasty. Also, we had to search for our waiter for quite some time before we could get a refill on our drinks. All else--including my dish of mixed vegetables with tofu--was excellent.
Great food! Everything we've tried was tasty. The staff is firendly and quick. Only down fault is the atmosphere is pretty dead, sometimes too quiet. Take out is great, so we usually do that anyway.
