You can enjoy a mix of western and Thai food at Chilly Bar & Restaurant. I've sampled from both sides of the menu and always enjoyed my meals; however, if you're looking for a more social experience, you'll find the engagement with the service staff to be lacking at lunchtime. I've not been there for dinner and I understand things might be different during that timeframe.
