The interior of Khai already shows that this is not your average Asian restaurant. Here they serve the freshes shushi and cook the best Vietnamese food in the whole Taunus region. What is also nice is that Khai is very affordable, that they are open every day and have lunch menu's.

It was our first visit and we were very impressed: excellent food. Actually, it isnât just noodles. There are spring rolls, soups and what we had as an appetizer, grilled chicken or shrimps or salmon on a skewer with Yakitori sauce. Very good. Then I had homemade noodles with lots of vegetables and topped with salmon. My husband has crispy duck (and it was crispy) with rice and vegetables. If you have room for dessert (the servings are large) try the baked banana. I had a mint and ginger tea served with a small bowl of honey, my husband had a Japanese beer. Everything was well presented, the service friendly. We will definitely go again. Thanks for your Feedback. Please try next time our homemade noodle varieties.Your Rikscha Team <3

This is probably my favourite Thai cuisine around Frankfurt. Very authentic, everything very fresh and nicely prepared with huge portions for take away. Unless you just killed a couple of bears and/or finished a Triathlon, 3 dishes for 4 should satisfy your hunger. absolutely recommend it. Stop by after your walk in the Woods around Oberursel and make sure you say hello to the two Sequoias which were planted in 1848 near Frankfurt Forsthaus.

This was the second time we have been in this restaurant which is one of the preferred restaurants of my brother and his wife. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes from sweet over well-seasoned to spicy. This in itself is very relative as mostly for me the hot dishes are just about to be called well-seasoned â but this is an adjustment to the palate of the Germans. All aside, we have been five people and everyone had a different dish â admittedly all have been of great taste and I could not say which one I necessarily would have preferred. The important factor in this restaurant is, contrary to many others, that each dish has a full taste of its own â you donât have the feeling that it has just been adjusted with some different herbs. The service is typically Asian, so sometimes things get forgotten, but contrary to some local German places this is more than evened out through the gentleness and the politeness of the service. We will always return to this place for an excellent Thai.
