As most reviewers have written that the staff and owner often goes out of their way to help and assist every restaurant patrons. Thatâs absolutely right. They are very jovial and make you feel very comfortable about the area and Thai as a whole. Great job, thatâs really needed in this stressful world when patrons would be able to chat with genuine and wonderful people. Ambience:Very classic street side Restaurant in sexy Rawai area. True Kampung (Asian village) feeling when you dine here. However this is a non air conditioned restaurant so be prepared to sweat and gulp few Thai coconut if you headed here in the afternoon. Food: Most non Asians who complimented about food here is well justified. However, for an Asian palette: especially Malaysians and Singaporeans who loves stinging spiciness in their tongue might find the food here a little more adjusted towards to western tourist palette. Only one flak, the fried rice need to be improved as the taste is quiet bland. I would still recommend folks who love good food to head here and support a local entrepreneur for betterment of Thai tourism in a whole.

It was a very nice restaurant, very child friendly, they even have a pool table present. Food was very food. Very helpful, smiling workers at the restaurant. We went there after sunset (i can only imagine how beautiful sunset views must be!) and driving to the restaurant was a little adventure climing up and down unlit mountain. Luckly we had a great taxi driver who knew heâs way around!In the name of the whole team we would like to thank you for your great rating and nice comments shared here. We are happy you enjoyed your time in our restaurant and we would be delighted to welcome you again !

We visited for dinner tonight & ordered chicken satay skewers, beef panang, chicken massaman & garlic and pepper pork. We enjoyed all of the dishes, however the highlight was the chicken massaman and satay sticks. The service was great, the staff were very friendly - and it was very good value.

This is great place if you want Western breakfast in Rawai. They have a wide selection of food and drinks. I found the homemade hashbrown very tasty. The place is small and intimate, and the service is quick and friendly. You can tell they make their food with love. I will be back and I recommend it. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because they still use plastic straws.

Shakers offers a great choice of food. From daily specials as BBQ, spare ribs, Sunday roast, and much more to fondue bourgignone, great steack , pasta and even Thai food at correct prices. Perhaps one of the best Thai food restaurants in Naiharn!! And special mention of the mango sticky rice!! We havenât had such delectable dessert for a Long while, since those we had really pale in comparison with the sticky rice prepared by Catfish. Awesome and thumbs up!!

Burgers looks great and amazing but you might get food poisoning like I did, and the reason I know why is because I didnât have anything else that day beside that burger. A couple of hours after I had my burger I felt terrible in my stomach and the next 10 days I was so sick and couldnât eat or drink.We are deeply sorry to read such horrendous experience and can only think you did mistake our restaurant to another one.We don't use to ask customers to write reviews on tripadvisor but we will now start to ask long time returning customers to do so in order to reassure potential customers about the quality and freshness of our ingredientsGreen tamarind kitchen has been opened for 5 years and since then we have many returning customers with some of them became friends. We are more than concerned by the hygiene of our foods. More than 2 years ago we also created our own butchery to insure the best quality and our beef patties are also distributed to numerous restaurants and food caterers across the island. Related to food poisoning cases in Thailand. There are many viral gastroenteritis infections causes. The most common way to develop viral gastroenteritis is through contact with an infected person or by ingesting contaminated food or water (tap water in Thailand is not safe, and you should avoid it by any means.)Depending on the cause, viral gastroenteritis SYMPTOMS may appear within one to three days after you're infected and can range from mild to severe. Beautiful location, great service, lovely food and given all of the above, we thought it was also very good value. It was the only restaurant we returned back to during our holiday.
