Small out of the sway place with astounding food. Not a lot of seating though so lunch better than dinner.

This is a regular takeout spot for me, I love the red chicken curry and green curry. The service is extremely quick and always pleasant. Prices are reasonable and portions are very generous.Stop by on the way home from work and grab dinner, you'll be happier for it!

I did love this food very much and the staff were really nice, but I tried to order Cambodian and everything I had tasted just like Thai. I know they can be very similar, but I've also had Cambodian that tasted different, so that's what I was looking for. Maybe I didn't order the right thing, so I'm open to suggestions.

The restaurant is pleasantly laid out and the menu gives lots of choice. The food was delicious and the waitress was friendly. It took, however, too long to be acknowledged and our order taken, and the food took too long coming to the table. Don't go if you want a quick meal.

On our way to Ottawa, with a bit of extra time, we checked out Pat's.This Thai/Vietnamese restaurant is typically appointed, tidy (not typical), with a good size menu.We were greeted quickly and warmly ( it was 4:00pm), and seated by a window.Water filled, order filled efficiently. There are good vegan offerings.I ordered spring rolls and pad Thai.Spouse, the meat version of the same.I must say the veg spring rolls, 3, were large, made in house, and may be the best I've ever had.Spouse enjoyed her very meaty ones.Pad Thai hot, quite good.Tofu nicely done, plenty.I enjoyed the sauce, which was different, but there was far too much of it.I don't like my plate swimming!Lots of meats in spouse's selection. The soups are highly rated, but extremely expensive ($14!), and no vegan options. Will likely return.

I had been to Mango about 11 years ago and remember enjoying it then. Having gone again recently I was reminded of how amazing the food is. Any of the curries are delicious, the servings are quite sizable and the flavour is incredible. The ambiance is also great, I went on a first date and the volume was nice so you could talk. The lighting is also good and the service was great, they weren't constantly coming to bother us or check in even though we had been sitting for ages.

We were in Kingston for a mini vacation and in googling restaurants I found this hidden gem. I had to convince my family they would like it. So we went. I'm not really experienced with this type of food but I'm open to trying new things. We got in and got a seat - its small - the waitress was nice enough but I felt like maybe she was having a bad day or something. Anyway, after several minutes we decided what we wanted. The food came out and it looked and smelled amazing! My son wasn't feeling well so he ended up not eating much of his. My 12 year old daughter ate a little bit but wasn't fond of what she ordered. My meal - I loved! And my husband loved his also. The flavors were delicious, I cleaned my plate! I was stuffed! I'm so glad I went to this little place! Very inexpensive for delicious meals.

If it were entirely up to me, I'd give Thai House a poor rating but because everyone else in our group enjoyed their meals, I give it 3 stars.First of all, the restaurant was freezing cold. I was seated in front of a baseboard heater that wasn't on so I climbed onto the floor and turned it on. Our area never did warm up...a couple of wore our scarves throughout the meal.We all ordered hot tea to warm us up (& were never offered more hot water for the 2 pots) I had planned to have a beer or a glass of white wine with dinner but it was just too cold! There are a number of restaurants in Kingston that serve better Thai food than this place. The fresh rolls were awful.....6 slices (?!) of freezing cold rock hard flavourless vegetarian (only choice)My noodle dish was clumped together...some sad chicken but worse...topped with huge chunks of red and green peppers. Maybe I misread the menu?! I detest green peppers. The server was a very pleasant woman and the dining room is attractive but I personally will never be back. So many better choices in town.

We travel to Vietnam and Cambodia frequently and the food here is the best. Itâs a small place - 5 tables - and everything is made to order. The quality and consistency are unbeatable. There are a few Thai, a few Vietnamese and a few Cambodian dishes. All are perfectly made with nuanced flavours. My favourite is no. 13, Country chicken but Iâve never had anything I didnât love. Donât miss this place.
