Clearly not #1 restaurant in Alice Springs for nothing!We're staying at DoubleTree by Hilton, and were thrilled this restaurant was in-house.Service was spectacular - indeed my wife and I rate Eunice one of the best waitresses we've every experienced anywhere in the world! Other members of the team equally attentive and helpful.Vegetarian spring rolls to die for - butter chicken top class and a notch above standard fare - lamb in the rogan josh was slightly dry but the sauce flavours were terrific. (That's the only thing stopping a 5 start rating for food.)We were served quickly, drinks turned up quickly, water was refilled quickly - with Eunice regularly checking we were OK.Here's the warning though - this restaurant is clearly popular with guests and town folk - for both dine in and takeaway. BOOK IN ADVANCE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT!Another safety tip - when busy (as it was tonight) it seems to be very noisy inside. There is the option however to sit outside in the hotel foyer. This was much quieter, and there was no difference in service level.

Wanted a Thai takeaway, this was open and handy. Very friendly staff, food was cooked fresh, and with a limited wait time. I chose the Chicken Pad Thai, and asked for it to be "hot". It was excellent, lots of foods, served me three meals. Was very tasty, and almost hot enough, spice wise. Should I return, I would want it spicier. Good takeaway, pleasant staff, not the best, however, totally acceptable.

This was a very disappointing experience and I feel impelled to speak out. The food was less than ordinary, in particular; The Singapore noodles was bad because the oil used near rancid and the green curry chicken was so below standard! The other dishes were also very poor in quality. Upon leaving the venue we discovered that the restaurant was looking to hire a part time chef, which was not a surprise, just wished we had seen the notice upon entry:-(

We gave this place a go tonight for dinner and we are so glad we did. Fresh ingredients, made to order, quick and tasty. We will be back for sure this place is the best Thai in Alice Springs.

Came several times to this shop and definitely will come back again. The front staffs are really friendly more IMPORTANTLY, they always remember your preferences. Above all, the foods are definitely amazing and fresh. It's cheap, comes with huge portion (P/s: the staff is really generous as well!!!!). There are two ways you can order foods, you can order foods from the bain marie (it comes with rice and your choice of one or two dishes) or you can order from a different menu, with various options of curry and noodles soup or stir fried dishes. Definitively recommend combo of cold rolls, pad Thai and Thai milk tea. My favorite place for lunch in Alice.
