An italian in this kind of places, specific at noon for a speed lunch, don't wait great service and excellent food, but always hope that the minimun don't are so low. I don't have much to write, because all was so low, we ordered the wurstel because the voices was that in this restaurant was very special. ok, we ordered and eaten .... only wurstel, one wurstel, without nothing, (yuo can observe the picture) ooops there was the Ketchup and Moustard in the tube on table. so at last, wurstel, one, normal beer, sauce in tube on table, and a little of bread.... five people, 75 swiss francs. I sorry, I forgot, there was sun. was in the account.

This is what Switzerland needed: an organic gourmet beef burger served on top of a mountain. In the early days I liked to get to the SIT-huette and get my fix of McTwist burger and the famous fries. Mirko and his team have now upped their game. The Big-A(rosa) burger is completely sourced from local ingredients (the cow never left Arosa, the bread is from the local baker etc etc) and although my expectations were sky-high, they were definitely met! It was a great experience - and can recommend every visitor of Arosa to drop by and get one.

We had been there for dinner yesterday. We just love it! My husband had steak tartar and it was delicious, my daughter had entrecot café de Paris with French fries and the meat were perfect! Try the cordon bleu with mushrooms, alpen kase and ham, it's delicious too. Staff very nice and professional. Will return again!

This restaurant was recommended to us during our stay in Arosa. The evening that we were to dine there, my husband twisted his angle and couldn't walk. He stayed behind in our hotel and I went to see if I could do 'take-out'. I was pleased to see they had a take-out menu. Since I wasn't familiar with Rosti, the very nice lady who greeted me at the door, explain what a Rosti is and the different types of Rosti they made. Rösti or röschti is a Swiss dish consisting mainly of potatoes, in the style of a fritter. It was originally a breakfast dish, commonly eaten by farmers in the canton of Bern, but is now eaten all over Switzerland and around the world. They place many different types of toppings on each Rosti. It reminds me of pizza, where they is a base and then additions. It is something of a 'fast food'.

We stayed at The Stoffel Hotel about .5 mile from the restaurant. Although the Stoffel has a lovely restaurant on premises, it has a prix-fixed menu at $54.00 with a choice of only 3 entries, mostly beef. Since I do not eat beef (although my husband does) I prefer more choice and not have to pay for dessert which I do not eat. The wonderful Mattias at the Hotel Stoffel (highly recommended for a comfortable stay and views to die for) suggested Grishuna as we could walk there easily from the hotel..The first night my husband ordered soup and Noodles and King Prawns, and I ordered a green salad and Mushroom Risotto, and we had two glasses of the local beer. Bread and butter also came with the meal. The quality for the food and the taste was excellent, we were very happy and the bill came to 77sf (about $75.00). We returned the next night as I had to have the Noodles and King Prawns (which I greatly enjoyed) and green salad. My husband had the Sirloin Steak (37 sf) with vegetables and french fries. The bill was 84 sf. If you are staying in Inner Arosa (about 2 miles from the Arosa train station) this is a very convenient and excellent choice. Highly recommended.

It was already my second time here and even though the reception was friendlier this time, the food was only okay. My boyfriends Steak & Fries were delicious but my Vegetable Tajine wasnât too good. The vegetables were not too well cooked and still rather hard. Prosecco was delicious and the bread too.

Gemütlich und währschaft - die neue Hörnlihütte an der Skigebietsverbindung Arosa - Lenzerheide. Grosse Sonnenterrasse, währschafte Küche, schöne Weine!
When in Rome...I had the fondue with a work colleague and it was simply divine. The place was full, so we sat outside...it was still a little cold. They take reservations, so either reserve or eat outside peak eating hours. This place has one of the best views from a toilet...looking out a full length window at the alps.

Hotel Vetter is located in the centre of Arosa and open all season. Visitors and locals meet in our traditional restaurant âVetterstuebliâ and enjoy our fine gourmet cuisine.
There's an extensive choice of menu and cuisine here. The atmosphere is great and the staff friendly. We arrived fairly early for dinner and were immediately greeted and seated. There's a good choice of wine by the glass and we chose a Pinot Noir and a Savignon. Both were good. The venison sausage with potato salad was delicious and the pike with French fries was beautifully cooked. The restaurant is part of a hotel but is easily accessible from the street. There are also a couple of tables outside.
