The place has an upstairs and first floor dining area. You can order off the menu up stairs. Downstairs is cafeteria style. The interior is nice enough and clean enough. The food was never so authentic even when they first opened, but it has since been adapted to Yakutian tastes. There are many better places to have Chinese food.

On a walk about town, one of my friends suggested that we stop here for lunch because the food is good, as well as affordable. She was right. Right off the bat, I liked the decor. It's mainly a Japanese vibe and has lots of booth seating, which I love. The menu is eclectic; you can get sushi, a hearty soup, pizza and many other things in between. My friends and I split an absolutely delicious chicken and mushroom pizza and one ordered a cappuccino, which she seemed to enjoy. My other friend ordered a pot of lemon tea that was also absolutely delicious (I had a taste). If I should go back to this restaurant I'll definitely be giving the teas a try. The atmosphere was so comfortable that we lingered for a little extra time before setting off again. Our waiter was good and I would say that overall the service was decent. I would recommend this restaurant for good, affordable dining in an attractive and comfortable atmosphere with good service.
