I almost always SKIP the crazy rolls because I judge the sushi quality on the nigiri. You can drown average fish/shellfish in enough sauce to disguise the quality. I've had the sashimi platter and the chirashi bowl. Both had more than enough fish/shellfish for the price and the quality shines through. I sit at the bar and the service is quick. After several visits I'd still return.

Great food and great service. Very friendly. Had enough food to take for left overs the next day. Will go back soon. Had the chicken fried rice and it was way moreThan I could eat in one setting.

We sat there without even a glass of water for 20 minutes. No drink orders until the food was ordered another 10 minutes later, as people were being served out of order of their arrival times. We were so rushed when ordering, I forgot to order our sushi and no return, ever, from our waitress...so no clearing of our salad dishes, drink refills and alcoholic drinks we wanted to order. The soup, I usually look forward to, was terrible and the salad typical of hibachi, meh. Then our grill chef came and explained our visit would be cut short, because we were seated incorrectly, we wouldnât be getting the normal length of the show...rushed we were. The fried rice was good, just a bit salty with too much soy...whished I had more after the rest went on my plate. The chicken was undercooked, the steak was tough, over cooked, fatty and bland (took home for our dogs). Our shrimp and scallops were covered in a mystery sauce that I would have preferred not. We were ignored, rushed and served mediocre food at most...finely, we were charged a gratuity for being such patient customers. We had an amazing hibachi we used to attend and we never left hungry as we did tonight. And I certainly never heard our group was too small to afford the luxuryâs of other tables..hibachâs prices arenât just for the food and for simplicity that goes into what your eating it should be amazingly prepped. Thereâs more, but why bother...wonât be back.
