We visited as a group of four with a reservation for the teppanyaki tableThey have 2 tables back to back, extremely bright lights and in my opinion not good unless you have a large groupThe food was fantastic, the service was great but the chef was boring with only a couple of entertaining moves and cooking techniques We will try them again with a larger group and hopefully have a better experience

This is the worst sushi I have ever experienced and I'v tried some pretty bad ones. The person making the rolls clearly does not care, because the rolls just fall apart with no presentation at all. Tiniest piece of fish ever in each roll that were room temperature and tasted like spearmint for some reason. I am a 100% positive that this restaurant waters down their soya sauce. My sauce was not salty and was clear/transparent. I confronted the waitress about this and she denied it. Place was empty on a Wednesday night, I wonder why. I don't understand why there are a lot of positive reviews, maybe they have gone down hill in recent months/years. One beer and all-you can eat sushi was 30 dollars- what a joke. I guess its difficult to make half decent sushi when you just don't care.

My daughter and I went for the all you can eat lunch. Toooo pricey! Because itâs the weekend itâs 17.99 each! Can you really eat that much rice? They double rolled the rolls to make them look bigger when really you where just getting a lot more rice.

My friend and I elected to order off the menu instead of having the All You Can Eat option. Our portions were plentiful and served at the appropriate temperature. Service was reasonable and since we wanted to chat a bit we did not feel rushed. Sushi was delicious and my friend was pleased with her Bento box. Definitely a "go to" place when back in the area.
Ontario, Canada Food Guide: 10 Asian food Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Whitby
I've been to this restaurant twice since it opened a few weeks ago. Overall, I was happy with both experiences and would recommend this restaurant to others. Both times, I thought that the food was well-prepared with fresh ingredients. All of the sushi and rolls that we ordered were fresh, tasty, and presented nicely. The cooked food that we had (Korean BBQ ribs, shrimp tempura, and chicken) were flavourful. I'd say that the food quality is on par with (and maybe slightly better than) some of the mid-priced AYCE sushi restaurants in York Region or Scarborough. The service was prompt and all of the servers were friendly and attentive. Although the restaurant was very busy, our AYCE orders came out very quickly and all items were accounted for. The servers seemed to be very aware of the items we ordered and what was left to come--a nice surprise because that doesn't happen too often at AYCE restaurants. This is a great restaurant to visit if you leave nearby or happen to be in the area. So far, it seems to be one of the better sushi restaurants in Whitby. It is a great place for a casual meal with friends or family.
