Good choice for sushi in Wajima. Not all the sushi was good, some were too chewy, but the good pieces were really really good and we doubled down on those. The restaurant is a little out of the main area (e.g. not near Wajima market), so visitors have to go out of their way to get here. I'd still recommend going.

お勧めの地物を刺身で頂き、揚げ物、茶わん蒸し、にぎりと頼みました。それぞれに好みはあれど美味しかったのですが、地方のお寿司屋さんにしては高かったな～

宿泊していたホテルの方に「美喜ずし」を推薦されたので行ってみました。重蔵神社が目印に行くと分かるということでしたので、そこを目標にしていきました。なかなか立派な暖簾がかけてあり期待感が湧きます。店内左側にネタケースの並んだカウンター、右側には小上がりがあります。カウンター席に案内されて「千枚田」を飲みながら歯応えの良いナマコをいただきました。コリコリした食感です。刺身の盛り合わせは、甘海老、鯛、カンパチ、鮪などです。〆に握りをいただいてホテルに戻りました。地元の方が薦めるだけあって、リーズナブルな価格で美味しい魚がいただけました。
